Had this issue once a while, but recently ok. Using IPv6.

Sometimes when having issue on web, but on mobile app is ok.

I wonder if it's really TM's problem, or just FB's server problem.

Quick question guys, could I unsub from hypp TV? I already have Netflix, astro and a satellite dish so I find it pointless paying rm57 a month for hypptv when its not even plugged in.

Why subscribed such an expensive HyppTV? We are all forced to take one package and most of us choose the cheapest RM 30 package.

Good luck for that. TP-LINK routers do not have native IPV6 support. I not sure if they updated it.

Manage to set 6to4 tunnel, but connection was unstable.
Already off ipv6

Nope, it is always tied up to your HyppTV Advanced & Pro packages, although it appears as separate item in your bill.

The 1 year contract for HyppTV basically means if you terminate your UniFi service within the 1 year, you will need to pay the remaining subscription for your HyppTV (And of course RM500 for UniFi service termination)

However, I can opt to downgrade my package to basic (from Jumbo pack) after 12months without incurring any penalty?

If I remember correctly, there is one time charge (something like RM10 if not mistaken) for downgrading HyppTV pack, but free if upgrading.

Is Unifi cancelled the moment you walk into a TMpoint, fill in the cancellation form and return the modem? Or is there a cooling-off period?

I once used the WDR4300, the firmware actually does have IPv6 support. However, in UniFi mode it does not.

Is IPv6 support important for Unifi users?

Nope. Only Astro had exclusive right to broadcast EPL in Malaysia.
