TM will absorb the service restoration cost in the event the fault is within TM's responsibility. Otherwise, a nominal charge of RM53.00 per visit ( inclusive of GST) will be  charged and will be reflected in your next bill. The on-site support charges will take effect on 27 September 2016.

My place just got Time coverage lol..I think dropping TM soon.

TIME is giving 850l router but I think will use my C5 over it

My friend did get mystery upgrade from TM many months ago. From VIP20 to Advance 50. Speed is around 40 plus Mbps download and 20Mbps upload. So, he is suspecting Advance 50 but plan name doesn't change in his OCC UniFi.
