anybody knows about the grabhitch?
i heard that grabcar is hiring a new group of drivers using grabhitch

grabhitch is for passenger turn driver, using the passenger apps. Not new anymore. System will match the driver enterred re occurrence trip from point a to point b at a specific time defined by driver and match with rider who fit into this trip or along the route that driver enterred.

Rider can pre book for the trip with anytime but 30 min before from the pickup time. 30 mins is waiting time for the system to match the trip. If after 30 mins still no match, then no booking made. Can book earlier, but does not mean driver will be there in 30 mins after booked it.

Tried once, successfully matched, but dun know why the driver location is in kepong while pick up point is Ampang Park at the pick up time. Called driver said otw from Kepong..... . End up cancelled use the normal grabcar.

Hi all, would like to know for grappay do i ask cust pay toll separately by cash? Or I need to key i toll charge so it will deduct from their card?

Grabhitch is more of a carpool service rather than a full fledge ride, it matches u to someone heading the same destination though most of the time thats not the case, i am driving for hitch now as I am not yet eligible for normal Grab driver due to me not meeting the minimum age requirement..

Today drive around 7hours.

Morning 6.10am-10.20am and evening 5pm-8pm
Total payment receive RM125 + incentive RM147 = RM272
Minus commission and petrol left RM180.
Thanks to jumbo peak hour.

Did 13 trips today.
I miss the 4 pm block hour due to sleeping =.= , if not sure my net income more than RM200 today.
Did not accept 1 job (airport trip on morning, hate it when there is incentive need to hit)
Cancel 1 evening trip, coz need to drive to non CSA. No passenger cancel my trip. So I am safe for weekly incentive.

sound a lot better than Uber.

TRIED grab also this morning. it is proven better than UBER. but the customer range a bit low compare to UBER. customer range maid, nurse, student and blur collar guy. anyway as long as they re clean , i m fine.

Im in the midth of change from Uber to grab. Since i am using my wife car on Uber, a viva, what i found most rider will put lower rating especially when Im take rider around kl city center. No matter how I treat my rider, the tendency is there, if around kl elite area, my point usually drop. But when I play around suburban area, Cheras, Kajang and Bangi, i could easily get 5 star rating.

Other that that, I found grab have higher chance of getting a longger distance vs an uber. One night I have about 6 trip for rm3-6 which kinda annoying.

Plan to take my car for grab. If in uber, it fall under uber black, how about grab? Thanks

Uber customer are a spoilt bunch, they expect super duper service for cheapo price on UberX

On Grab is it GrabCar+ Premium

Open Grab+Uber rider app, set location KLCC , check out the no. of black cars on the road for Uber Black and Grab+premium
I would say Uber Black more in demand
