If acceptancs rate > 90 and cancellation rate < 10, should be qualified.

How is the 50% in busy area calculated? Is it for the whole week or the paticular block and does it consider the start and finish point or just the pickup location? Just tried Grab for a few days after running Uber for a few months.

Scared later they give reason driver ask cust to cancel. I see some driver post when happen to them when they didn't do it. But I've print screen, cancelation is 3.2, acceptance 92.9. 😊

I wish Grab can increase more Busy Areas. 5 months ago when I join only have 13 CSA, now have 18 areas already. But my place here is not CSA.

Thanks for the information. I am still kind of blur on the way the incentives are paid. Are they paid as Grab credit or directly deposited into the bank account? The video is not very clear on that.
