Rider ffk, eat your self, no cancellation fee....

If riders no show and do not cancel after drivers accepted, it stuck there.

Driver have to cancel, then if that week happened more than 10% of the accepted job, no incentive.

Call helpline, they also ask driver to cancel and they just logged case.

Riders sometimes use two phones to book the same trip, once they get into one car, there other have to cancel.

The worse part if the other driver click "i am here", rider could not cancel cause driver has arrive. So drivers just have to cancel.

can even do 4 trips in an hour yesterday. the 4th trip terpaksa accept to keep the acceptance rate high. but if the 4th trip is a big fare trip then must strategise a bit. haha.
cancellation you get nothing. the only thing is rider unable to cancel if you are within 500 meters. but then again if they really dont want the trip then you wait for long long time also they wont appear. end up you have to own cancel get nothing as well.

thanks for all the feedback on drivers ffk.....may I know how often this happen? Speaking of Uber experience, it about 20% of the ride I would say......a lot of case is due to new riders ignorance, simply pin the pickup location, which is not the right location, then, unable to contact them, end up need to cancelled.

ffk not really often but long waiting time is very often always 10mins like that ...most probably due to no cancellation fee like Uber

just did some calculation..profit for this one whole week is about 1000 after deducting commission and petrol..
first week driving..full time with average 9 hours driving a day..
quite happy with it

Seem now days got many 2 ringgit trip. Rider getting lazy to walk.

So many credit, you go top up ? If top up also dun need this much unless want to clear it.

Next week,  all incentive will pay out to bank account.

I just topup once rm50 after my account activated because rm20 signup bonus is not enough. Then i get rm75 bonus jumping ship from uber and rm120 last week incentive transferred to my credit. For those who pay using grab pay also i transfer to my credit that about rm40.

After driving for this week that's the balance.

I'm okay with it. No hassle to topup anymore. Just collect the cash.

Good luck! Incentive will not stay I guess. Since Grabcar Singapore already change from incentive to boost (which our Uber here copycat).
