another time pick up at GH, a grandma bring grand children to "wash kidney", very pity them, bring them home after the treatment then understand more and how frequent the treatment is. The kids is only 10 years old, at the end free fare for them.

I dont mind doing Uber charity ride for this type of needy riders as well.

Today fetch one blind pakcik to ktm station, when reach parked my car then hold the pakcik walked up to train platform, free ride thou..

Have you guys heard cases when Grab Car drivers are sexually harassing customers?

Talking about blind rider, fetch few times, all booked by their friends or companion, except one .

Apparently, his phone has installed apps that will sound when touch or scroll, read text etc. When it spell or read, it does in very fast paste.

Ur right, waited 3 hours no cust. Phone did ping once but no cust details pop out. I think grab transfer to another person.

well....i once fetch a blind rider that give me direction back to his apartment nearby wey.....
he can tell the direction by feeling the movement of the car, turning, passed a bonggol

Did you qualify the requirements for incentive ?

they reply my email said the cancellation is higher than 10% so i am not eligible to get incentives.

I reply i am a regular driver not the first day on the road. I am ensure all the criteria is on the line only i would able to get the incentives.

see what their reply later. this is really not a good ideal as grab didn't provide a very clear report for week by week report. Still many loophole for grab to hanky panky on our hard earn money

Experience is GRAB apps is not really updated on the percentage shown in the apps.
Grab record and apps shown is different.

Inilah headache. have to ensure u are not on the redline.

By end of Sunday, screen shot the status. Even it show 10.0%, their system could record 10.04%.

Mostly Sunday have to chase either acceptance rate or cancellation rate, instead of fare.
