anything above RM150 will be auto transfer out to your bank tomorrow after Friday prayer.

150 is too much sad.gif I only prefer to put balance 50 credit in wallet sad.gif

Mean if we quit and do not want to drive with GC, the balance credit forever stuck in there sad.gif

How do they count last week RM5 FLASH Promo? Every flash request got send SMS RM5 credited back to account but I see don't have also.

Call grab to log case if you face issue with rider,

Waited more than 10 mins

Ask to go other places then entered destination

Ask to stop and allow additional passenger or go ATM withdraw then continue the trip

Ask to turn back to pickup location

Passenger more than 4

Better complain 1st rather rider complain driver for not comply thier request

wont it be easier to write a remark of the trip then call them

hope the drivers can feedback to them and they will include the feature in the future

For the 3rd, I sure diu kao the person who can't put the address correctly. Probably that area cannot get driver then put pick up location which is 5km away. The worse it they can't really speak english and do not know or want to cancel the trip.

4th and 5th, I just charge them extra. Usually RM1 for every additional 3 minutes.

I emailed before complaining about a rider. I wrote in full details everything. but the robot response ask me to call CS. really waste my time only.

And in my opinion, all drivers need to start calling CS fighting for our right. How can rider is always having the upper hand now? Here is same example of rider wrong doing:

- Note put 5 people. You as driver want to accept or not such ping request?
- Note put no proton no perodua. You driving saga want to accept or not such ping request?
- Multiple stops. Ma pren species always like to do that.
- Divert to other place like bank. Must stop and wait for rider to settle stuff. Same ma pren species favourite request.
- Two way round trip. but trip back rider don't want / refuse to request using Grab (because will not get back the same driver).
- Freaking long waiting time for rider to appear and get into the car. Rider take sweet time like a boss. Hey we are not their personal driver. Time is money.
- Rider simply drop pick up location. Inaccurate.
- Rider cheated the fare. Set destination nearer than actual drop off location.


I suggest everytime we face such riders, we call CS and complain. We must let Grab wake up and see the importance of drivers able to get a say on rider as well.

Also, how long back does the history last? My earliest trip seems to be 15 October, I remember doing before that..

Totally these are my heart voice cry.gif Some of the rider really think Grab is their personal driver.... Wait them more than 5 minutes at lobby area.... Some ma pren got badly body smell dry.gif gonna faint while driving ..... some slam car door cry.gif

Beware, later rider complain driver overcharge, claiming driver dun know the road or make wrong turn.

Rider can make all kind of story
