How grab hitch works, anyone drive for grab hitch yet?

wont it be easier to write a remark of the trip then call them

hope the drivers can feedback to them and they will include the feature in the future

And in my opinion, all drivers need to start calling CS fighting for our right. How can rider is always having the upper hand now? Here is same example of rider wrong doing:

- Note put 5 people. You as driver want to accept or not such ping request?
- Note put no proton no perodua. You driving saga want to accept or not such ping request?
- Multiple stops. Ma pren species always like to do that.
- Divert to other place like bank. Must stop and wait for rider to settle stuff. Same ma pren species favourite request.
- Two way round trip. but trip back rider don't want / refuse to request using Grab (because will not get back the same driver).
- Freaking long waiting time for rider to appear and get into the car. Rider take sweet time like a boss. Hey we are not their personal driver. Time is money.
- Rider simply drop pick up location. Inaccurate.
- Rider cheated the fare. Set destination nearer than actual drop off location. 
I suggest everytime we face such riders, we call CS and complain. We must let Grab wake up and see the importance of drivers able to get a say on rider as well.
