The lastest the cs ask emails them for complaining rider. Call will not entertain.

How to write email when driving ? Go offline and stop road side purposely write the long emails ?

Recently, more and more meeting rider like this.

You sure? Because from email they ask me to call and complain through calling instead?
Or this is like Malaysian attitude? Passing the ball to one another confusing us???

Guys how long is the job history? Not forever?

Of course not forever, if not mistaken only show up to certian number of job done. Thereafter cant see from thr history.

That is the thing, they think once they ask driver write email ppl tend to forget it since so mafan...

Then less things for them to investigate.

Sure they are getting more and more issue both from rider and passenger.

Sometime, they will hold the phone let you hamdam like muted but actually they already on another call, till you find yourself talking to no ppl then hang up.

Alpha is more to recruitment. Nothing special for driving.

Did u ask them how long it will take? I cant do much once you go to their kiosk or center to active.

alpha is like Grab recruit agent. easy access no need submit docs by hand to the center. everything done online just like Uber. and even driver using ios can be registered under alpha.
