To those who have on going dispute with Clareen,

Im not siding anyone here, but i personally know her, and YES i can clarify that she's in overseas now and she'll be back by 17 January

However you may PM me to further discuss about the things that she still owing you.

the facts should be,...if you want to do business,..do it right,...seller indicate urgency like shezzar,....she reply x amount,...shezzar bank in,...now have to wait till 18th to get or later,...

its not a matter of busy or exam,...or even if she is a chun chick for that matter,..

business is business,....she online and update thread,...why cannot at least inform shezzar that she may not be able to send in time,...

as for zeroize,....how come can send to rawang??...

if soo busy ,...concentrate on study first,..later graduate then do business,...

Back to the topic, Clareen is  in overseas now for business purpose until 17th of January 2007 and she's not running away. I repeat, she's NOT running away after receiving money. Whether she accidentally forgot or purposely forgot to post, i'll leave it to Clareen to answer when she's back to malaysia on 17th.

Currently the 2 who are involved are

1. SheZZar - yet to receive his k750's Screen Protector
2. Zeroize - yet to receive his 2gb MiniSD Memory Card

no doubt vikingw2k is  A++ seller, always update the customer with latest info, even personally called customer by phone.

While for clareen, after i banked in and PM her with my shipping address, no respond at all, until 5 days later i asked her why i haven't receive the item, she gave me a tracking ID which sent to the wrong address and i don't even know whether that really is my tracking ID or the other buyer's item.

Even if she came out and solve this, there will be no second time for me to deal with her.

Imagine viking,..if you get yourself involved here by sending the screen protector to shezzar,...you are setting a precedent...of immense consequence,....IMAGINE in the future,....anybody that is the friend of the moderator would bring up this topic and if lets say person A knows moderator B,....and person A got cheated or Scammed of money or goods,...he goes to moderator B his friend,...and he says,...

remember the time that vikingw2k covered for  the mistakes of his friend clareen ??
i want you to pay XYZ amount that i was cheated because mods are ALLOWED to get personally involved,....

and from there i becomes like in court cases where a lawyer will bring up past defence cases of "in the judgment of Clareen VS Shezzar" a moderator fulfilled the role of the seller by sending the item that the seller did not send,.....Therefore in all future judgements,...all moderators friends are entitled to compensation from their respective moderators in accordance the same treatment,..

I am not arguing personally against vikingw2k,...it is just that as a moderator,..he is setting a PRECEDENT,..that may change the way lowyat net is in the future,..

1) how does zeroise feel,...shezzar gets compensated,...what about him,...

2) if in the future clareen forgets to send the item,..can the buyer claim from vikingw2k??

3) can all buyers get compensation from the moderator if the moderator is the seller friend (whether monetary or goods) if the seller does not deliver,...etc,..make good on word
