- I've told you to open a thread in TZ Dispute Corner yourself, ask whoever who has any unsolved dispute with you to come in and solve it with you peacefully yourself.
- You kept asking me who are the others who bla about you. I dont think it's necessary as you were blacklisted for the deal with Seng007, so just settle the dispute with him and you'll get your name removed from the M/O list.
- Finally you got your dispute solved yesterday and pm-ed me about it, and i've personally pm-ed se7en to help me to remove your nick from M/O list instead of editing the Minor Offenders List myself.

Anyway lets rest the case. All we wanted to see now is to solve this dispute asap and i'll leave it to Clareen to explain everything when she's back to Malaysia later on.

I'll propose to her when i can get her through and see what she can do about it.

No. She has made it clear she is outstation and unable to answer queries. The dispute tag is only handed out to forumers who ARE around and refuse to answer queries/disputes. In the end, it is up to admin's discretion.

I see, if someone file dispute against you, then you can faster annouce that you are outstation or go oversea and only explain it when u back after 1-2 weeks. got the tactic.

It seem like LYN is really conquer by HIGH RANKING MEMBER, probably alot member post some comment on this thread, but the bad comment will be deleted / invisible and leave the nice one on the thread.

This is what reality world is, "powerful" people always the winner, this is very unfair to normal citizen (LYN normal member). Powerful people game !

lkm51 personal fren or not...business is business. She has failed to revert back to me twice already and as a responsible seller, you should revert back no matter how busy she is. The fact of the matter is this

She has not replied my PM (twice) but yet able to respond to other interest buyers and some even COD which is clearly unethical to say the least.

Im sorry altie but i think its fair that she gets a dispute tag. The fact that she has not responded to my PMs earlier than 12th is already a point to be noted. If thats the case, then any seller who sells product and runs away after collecting mony jus dont login to their account and put in their thread "away for outstation". I do respect your decisions and professional judgement.

Hellokitty i understand your sentiments and i thank you for it but im sorry to say that the mods and vikingw2k has made a strong point. And vikingw2k is doing his/her best to settle this up.

All im asking for is an explanation from her to clear her part of her story. A university student or a business woman, whateva it is should have some sense or ethics and responsibility.

As for your concerns, NO, we do not protect powerful people. I have therefore edited my previous post to more properly reflect our ideals. As we have stressed before and I am stressing this again, the mods and trade enforcers are not here to meddle/settle your disputes. We are here to mediate.

We are not only showing the good things to people, but we must remain FOCUSED. So far, all the noise is being made by people who ARE NOT involved in the matter. Shezzar and Zeroize are not making as much noise as Hellokitty and Chyi921.

And to close things off, what HelloKitty said about Viking's relationship with Clareen is immaterial, that is why it was edited. For your information neither Viking nor me have any powers to protect Clareen but she is currently outstation until the 17th, therefore I have asked everyone nicely to keep their nosy comments to themselves, but it's clear not many can.

I am CLOSING this topic from now until the 17th.

Clareen - When you get back on the 17th, please attend to this ASAP.

Viking - Please make sure Clareen gets here.

Shezzar and Zeroize - If you have any issues you'd like brought up here, feel free to PM me or Viking and we'll let you air it out here.

It's ok Shezzar, you are perfectly within your rights to request the tag be put on her. Please PM RBR or any other Staff/Admin member you are most comfortable with. The final decision rests in their hands.

Its ok...it still falls to the judgement of any admin/mod and i sincerely believe in their capabilities and judgements. Im not making a big huha but i just want to noe her side of story and its fair to be prudent in keeping LYN a safe place to trade. Better business ethics = better place to trade =)

LYN isn't a court of law - it's a web forum for god's sake. We're not as formal so our decisions can be made more dynamically. And whenever you think it may change the way LYN is run in the future, you also leave yourself possibility that it may not change it either

Opps! Everything is messy now! The main point is now clareen is oversea for business and unable to settle the problem here. And as admin said if after 17th she will not able to explain anything the dispute tag will be added. Is this clear. For God sake don't blame the mod or whoever because they just did as they supposed to do.
- Viking just needs to post the screen protector to TS because he stated that urgently needed. He did his best to settle things as TS mentioned, and why TS haven't complained viking, others wanted to blame him. Sigh...
- The key here is TS just want to hear the story on the side of Clareen to clear all the things in peace, so he doesn't need you to blame others for his sake
- Personally, I still think that Clareen is not such bad...so just stay calm until 17th
- Mod, it would be better to close the thread until 17th

17th is not to long of a wait to see how Clareen will resolve the situation. Everyone can chill till then and for you joy posters, you better park your comments otherwise they will be filtered.

screen protector finnally reached my house....it was dated on the 9th January but stamped on the 12th January (Diterima dari Pos Express) but received today 14th January...and its a Sunday o.O
