To those who have on going dispute with Clareen,

Im not siding anyone here, but i personally know her, and YES i can clarify that she's in overseas now and she'll be back by 17 January

However you may PM me to further discuss about the things that she still owing you.

Ok guys, we are here to solve the dispute in a proper manner, not to rant nor bla out your personal experience which you can do so @ Kopitiam

Back to the topic, Clareen is in overseas now for business purpose until 17th of January 2007 and she's not running away. I repeat, she's NOT running away after receiving money. Whether she accidentally forgot or purposely forgot to post, i'll leave it to Clareen to answer when she's back to malaysia on 17th.

Currently the 2 who are involved are

1. SheZZar - yet to receive his k750's Screen Protector
2. Zeroize - yet to receive his 2gb MiniSD Memory Card

If i were to cover her up, i might as well
- answer everything for her rather then telling everybody that she's away and wait her back to answer by herself
- post the 2gb MiniSD to Zeroize straight away without checking with Clareen

My main concern goes to the TS(SheZZar), which is why im proposing a solution for him . that's to send him the SP since he need it sooo urgently rather then leaving him to wait till Clareen is back on 17th. Please understand his feelings too.

For Zeroize case, I've mentioned that i'll help him to update Clareen's status. (not posting him the 2gb MiniSD by myself)

We are here to reach a good solution for TS and Zeroize, do you have any suggestions to solve this problem now rather then leaving the TS and Zeroize to wait till 17 Jan?

- I've told you to open a thread in TZ Dispute Corner yourself, ask whoever who has any unsolved dispute with you to come in and solve it with you peacefully yourself.
- You kept asking me who are the others who bla about you. I dont think it's necessary as you were blacklisted for the deal with Seng007, so just settle the dispute with him and you'll get your name removed from the M/O list.
- Finally you got your dispute solved yesterday and pm-ed me about it, and i've personally pm-ed se7en to help me to remove your nick from M/O list instead of editing the Minor Offenders List myself.

Anyway lets rest the case. All we wanted to see now is to solve this dispute asap and i'll leave it to Clareen to explain everything when she's back to Malaysia later on.

I'll propose to her when i can get her through and see what she can do about it.

Have you tried to send your battery and phone to Sony Ericsson Service Centre to verify whether they are genuine or not? I believe SESC's staff will have the final say whether it's fake or genuine.

Im just suggesting an alternative way since she's not around and cant contact her. Hope you dont misunderstood that im ordering you to send it to service centre instead of sending to her. Yes you may send back to her, or for faster reply, you may try my suggestion.

The best way, IMHO as i've mentioned earlier is to send to SE Service Centre rather than making your own assumptions whether they are genuine or not. I believe SE Staff will have the last say whether they are genuine or not.

Are you saying that i cant identify which battery out of the 3 which i've posted is genuine or not?

next, we move on to one of our forummers post
From here we can see that even if you buy from the same distributor doesn't guarantee that you'll get the same battery design(though it's not BST-33 which we are discussing but we can use this as example).

also try going through this thread Sony Ericsson BST-37 Battery" and you'll know that nobody can really sure 100% and point out which battery is Original or AP or Fake by just comparing the design. After 25 pages of discussion, we still hold on to the "Looking at the Sticker Theory".

Conclusion :

After looking at so many batteries design, we can notice that, they are a wide varieties of batteries design available outside there. The one that we bought might look like any of the above ABCD and E(might be another design). Looking at the answers from my quiz, some forrumers said, how come Battery C looks the same with my Midland battery? How come it's like my AP battery? and so....

I gathered almost 10 piece of batteries(with the aid of my friend + 4 Batteries of mine) and YES, their design do varies depending on the batch when it was produced. Thus we are unable to judge whether it's genuine or not by just looking at the design itself. and still, the only way to verify whether they are Original Batteries or not, is via

1. sending back to the AP supplier to check with them (for AP sets)
2. bring to Authorized Service Centre to verify(for Midland, Thorus, T-Choice)

and after the verification at the respective distributors, the decision whether to trust the distributor's word or not lies on us.

Take for instance,

We suspect that our Credit Card is fake, and we send it to the respective bank and ask them to verify for us. They checked and told us it's not fake. and if we still don't trust them, i believe that it's considered "personal doubt" and the only way to clear that "personal doubt" is to "trust them" rather then making own assumption and end up with endless doubt.

P/S : One small problem which i encountered whenever i use Fake battery for my k800 is that, i can't fully charge the battery to 100%, it'll stays at 20% or sometimes lower than that. At first i thought it was that particular battery that has that problem, i've sent back to claim warranty and they replaced another battery for me. I tested and yet it's still the same, after i got it replaced by 3 times. I finally went to another supplier and get a fake battery to test it out. I got the same result too. Im not sure whether anybody who bought fake battery have encountered this issue or not.
