IMHO, since she knows that she needs to go for a holidays, pls at least get all her business done before she goes. She might don't understand how urgent can a buyer be. Please be fair to the buyer, though we know that this isn't a con case but at least a notification to the buyer is important to at least to get the notified of their ordered items.


As for the higher ranking user in LYN, please be fair to others, yes u know her personally, but it's her responsibility to look over her business. If she has time to reply and update her thread, why not spend some time to reply this pathetic buyer Please be fair to everyone.
