the facts should be,...if you want to do business,..do it right,...seller indicate urgency like shezzar,....she reply x amount,...shezzar bank in,...now have to wait till 18th to get or later,...

its not a matter of busy or exam,...or even if she is a chun chick for that matter,..

business is business,....she online and update thread,...why cannot at least inform shezzar that she may not be able to send in time,...

as for zeroize,....how come can send to rawang??...

if soo busy ,...concentrate on study first,..later graduate then do business,...

Does anyone here feel that WHY is viking w2k is getting personally involved like,..eg,...sending the k750 screen protector to shezzar....

vikingw2k,...yes accordingly you say she is your personal friend,....
and i do strongly believe friends help friends

but AS a Trade Enforcer,....one has to be objective,...and Enforce the Trade,.

eg. If I am a judge and my friend rapes a girl and he ends up in my court,...do i simply let him go because he is my friend,....what would people think

I hope that after this statement all Trade Enforcers,..pls be objective in your judgement call
and hopefully i do not and up being a "grudge" in your minds.///

vikingw2k,....there are many other ways of impressing a girl,..this is not one of them.///....

Imagine viking,..if you get yourself involved here by sending the screen protector to shezzar,...you are setting a precedent...of immense consequence,....IMAGINE in the future,....anybody that is the friend of a Trade Enforcer would bring up this topic and if lets say person A knows Trade Enforcer B,....and person A got cheated or Scammed of money or goods,...he goes to Trade Enforcer B his friend,...and he says,...

remember the time that vikingw2k covered for the mistakes of his friend clareen ??
i want you to pay XYZ amount that i was cheated because mods are ALLOWED to get personally involved,....

and from there i becomes like in court cases where a lawyer will bring up past defence cases of "in the judgment of Clareen VS Shezzar" a moderator fulfilled the role of the seller by sending the item that the seller did not send,.....Therefore in all future judgements,...all moderators friends are entitled to compensation from their respective Trade Enforcers in accordance the same treatment,..

I am not arguing personally against vikingw2k,...it is just that as a Trade Enforcer,..he is setting a PRECEDENT,..that may change the way lowyat net is in the future,..

1) how does zeroise feel,...shezzar gets compensated,...what about him,...

2) if in the future clareen forgets to send the item,..can the buyer claim from vikingw2k??

3) can all buyers get compensation from the moderator if the moderator is the seller friend (whether monetary or goods) if the seller does not deliver,...etc,..make good on word

hi APOLOGIES around,...my eyesight must be going,.....it seems that ALTIE is a moderator and viking is not a moderator,.....duh,.....keep imagining the elite tag is a mod tag,(my fault on that one),......

but still quite irritated by the deletion by altie,..

okok,...what the mod says are okiez,....

aiiihhh,....vikingw2k why you no tell me you not mod when i pm and ask you to remove my name from the minor trade offenders list,...
it was from there that i stopped looking at his tag and believed in my mind he was a mod,...

final : if a moderato were to be doing what vikingw2k was doing then i suppose i may be correct but since viking is not a moderator,...he is not held to the same virtues as i hold our mods to,..
