Details:
7th January 2007 - Sent enquiry for K750i Screen Protector with spefically mentioning the urgent need for it (image below)

8th January 2007 - No reply from seller, sent reminder to her

9th January 2007 - Reply from her quoting RM6 + RM2.50 (image) at 1.57am


9th January 2007 - Made payment to the said account number (time 6.47am) and forwarded bank-in details for her confirmation with my address (image)


10th January 2007 - No word of confirmation of receipt nor information on my screen protector status (i.e. whether goods have been sent out)

11th January 2007 - Still no word nor acknowledgement. Sent final warning reminder to her for immediate explanation (image)


12th January 2007 - Still no word nor acknowledgement, filed complain against her.

Lookin at the above chronology, it clearly show that i needed the Screen Protector urgently and yet Clareen ("she") has not fulfilled her responsibility to fulfill her part of the deal. Aside from that, this is not the first time she have suddenly went MIA on my PMs. First time was when i enquired for a trade-in quote for my V3x and again failed to respond at all (let alone on a timely manner).

If she was said to be "Busy" which i clearly doubt, i would have understand and she should have the simplest courtesy to inform the buyer that she cannot fulfill the deal or at least request for a delay in sending the goods. But in any matter of fact, she has failed to do it.

I wouldn't accept the excuse that she was busy or had been tied up because she has been "REGULARLY" updating and replying request in her thread but not the slightest time to reply my PM.

I honestly feel that just because i needed the screen protector urgently and the amount small (RM8.50) she has been purposely delaying the deal which i sincerely feel UNETHICAL to say the least.

And to spice matters up, conincidentally her last message today in the evening states that she would be away for "BUSINESS" from 12th to 17th January.

Best case - She's an iressponsible seller
Worst case - She's a conwoman

I have no other choice to file this complain against her as every normal human has its patiences and clearly she has taken mine for granted.

I expect that she duly respond to this thread. Im willing to listen to her explanation and how she wishes to make good this situation.

For those party NOT involve, please do not post unnecessary "personal" comments. Sincerely appreciated.

Opps...I thought she is a good seller, since I sometimes pm her to check the price and normally next day she pm back....What happened here? Because of small amount of money or what else?

well..clareen is quite a well known among buyers here in LYN. got lotsa positive feedbacks from customers. its impossible she's a conwoman. tho i havent deal wif her b4 but she seems like a trust able seller. maybe she got some personal problem or very very busy. do PM, SMS or call to inform her about dis matter..about this thread too.

He has pmed her concerning this thread but according to her phone selling thread she is out of the country from 12-17 January. So need to wait.

if she is busy for wateva resons, she should have the business ethics to have informed the buyer (who has deposited full amount) that she may have to delay. But she have failed to do so.

and if she is busy, then why isit possible that she is able to reply enquiries from people in her thread? i personally do not feel that replying a PM would take more than 1min

Somehow, her timing of leaving malaysia is too coincidental.

Oh yeah, but the problem is when not reply the TS's pm she still replies enquiries in her thread...Btw, except she announced that to be busy from12 to 17, anything she explained to you why she failed to reply you

since the day i have forward her my details and proof of transfer, she yes YET to reply nor acknowledge my PMs.

wateva it is, i shall wait for her response from her. Again as i mention, im willing to listen to her side of a story. Im being reasonable here and i hope she does as well.

I sincerely doubt that this is a con case.... its just that (as TS has mentioned in the first post), very UNETHICAL of the seller to ignore his/her buyer.

If she has the time to update his/her thread, its impossible not to notice that there's a PM waiting in his/her message box.

nevertheless, lets just wait for clareen to come and explain.

letme rephrase that...if 5 people = RM42.50

anyway, i dunno think RM8.50 is a big amount. in fact, i could even give it as donation to her....but thats not the case...this is her second failure to reply to my enquiries and PMs and as a fellow seller, i feel that it is upmost unethical.

honestly, i felt shock when see clareen on this dispute forum, seeing there are so many nice feedbacks from customers, so honestly, she won`t con u jz for the sake for rm8.50 in return for her maruah destroyed

yeah, i know its kinda irresponsible of her to delay ur things, but i am sure the goods will arrive safely in ur hands
