Details:
7th January 2007 - Sent enquiry for K750i Screen Protector with spefically mentioning the urgent need for it (image below)
8th January 2007 - No reply from seller, sent reminder to her
9th January 2007 - Reply from her quoting RM6 + RM2.50 (image) at 1.57am

9th January 2007 - Made payment to the said account number (time 6.47am) and forwarded bank-in details for her confirmation with my address (image)

10th January 2007 - No word of confirmation of receipt nor information on my screen protector status (i.e. whether goods have been sent out)
11th January 2007 - Still no word nor acknowledgement. Sent final warning reminder to her for immediate explanation (image)

12th January 2007 - Still no word nor acknowledgement, filed complain against her.
Lookin at the above chronology, it clearly show that i needed the Screen Protector urgently and yet Clareen ("she") has not fulfilled her responsibility to fulfill her part of the deal. Aside from that, this is not the first time she have suddenly went MIA on my PMs. First time was when i enquired for a trade-in quote for my V3x and again failed to respond at all (let alone on a timely manner).
If she was said to be "Busy" which i clearly doubt, i would have understand and she should have the simplest courtesy to inform the buyer that she cannot fulfill the deal or at least request for a delay in sending the goods. But in any matter of fact, she has failed to do it.
I wouldn't accept the excuse that she was busy or had been tied up because she has been "REGULARLY" updating and replying request in her thread but not the slightest time to reply my PM.
I honestly feel that just because i needed the screen protector urgently and the amount small (RM8.50) she has been purposely delaying the deal which i sincerely feel UNETHICAL to say the least.
And to spice matters up, conincidentally her last message today in the evening states that she would be away for "BUSINESS" from 12th to 17th January.
Best case - She's an iressponsible seller
Worst case - She's a conwoman
I have no other choice to file this complain against her as every normal human has its patiences and clearly she has taken mine for granted.
I expect that she duly respond to this thread. Im willing to listen to her explanation and how she wishes to make good this situation.
For those party NOT involve, please do not post unnecessary "personal" comments. Sincerely appreciated.
