7th January 2007 - Sent enquiry for K750i Screen Protector with spefically mentioning the urgent need for it (image below)

8th January 2007 - No reply from seller, sent reminder to her

9th January 2007 - Reply from her quoting RM6 + RM2.50 (image) at 1.57am


9th January 2007 - Made payment to the said account number (time 6.47am) and forwarded bank-in details for her confirmation with my address (image)


10th January 2007 - No word of confirmation of receipt nor information on my screen protector status (i.e. whether goods have been sent out)

11th January 2007 - Still no word nor acknowledgement. Sent final warning reminder to her for immediate explanation (image)


12th January 2007 - Still no word nor acknowledgement, filed complain against her.

Lookin at the above chronology, it clearly show that i needed the Screen Protector urgently and yet Clareen ("she") has not fulfilled her responsibility to fulfill her part of the deal. Aside from that, this is not the first time she have suddenly went MIA on my PMs. First time was when i enquired for a trade-in quote for my V3x and again failed to respond at all (let alone on a timely manner).

If she was said to be "Busy" which i clearly doubt, i would have understand and she should have the simplest courtesy to inform the buyer that she cannot fulfill the deal or at least request for a delay in sending the goods. But in any matter of fact, she has failed to do it.

I wouldn't accept the excuse that she was busy or had been tied up because she has been "REGULARLY" updating and replying request in her thread but not the slightest time to reply my PM.

I honestly feel that just because i needed the screen protector urgently and the amount small (RM8.50) she has been purposely delaying the deal which i sincerely feel UNETHICAL to say the least.

And to spice matters up, conincidentally her last message today in the evening states that she would be away for "BUSINESS" from 12th to 17th January.

Best case - She's an iressponsible seller
Worst case - She's a conwoman

I have no other choice to file this complain against her as every normal human has its patiences and clearly she has taken mine for granted.

I expect that she duly respond to this thread. Im willing to listen to her explanation and how she wishes to make good this situation.

For those party NOT involve, please do not post unnecessary "personal" comments. Sincerely appreciated.

if she is busy for wateva resons, she should have the business ethics to have informed the buyer (who has deposited full amount) that she may have to delay. But she have failed to do so.

and if she is busy, then why isit possible that she is able to reply enquiries from people in her thread? i personally do not feel that replying a PM would take more than 1min

Somehow, her timing of leaving malaysia is too coincidental.

letme rephrase that...if 5 people = RM42.50

anyway, i dunno think RM8.50 is a big amount. in fact, i could even give it as donation to her....but thats not the case...this is her second failure to reply to my enquiries and PMs and as a fellow seller, i feel that it is upmost unethical.

Im willin to listen to her explanation. But the fact remains the same which is if she is so called "busy" why isit that she can constantly update her thread but not get back to a simple PM like mine? No matter whether she has alot of positive feedback, one rotten apple can already spoil the whole basket. For that matter, i can't really trust her as a seller anymore.

Yes i noe that she's in overseas but according to her thread she left on the 12th. So how bout from the 9th to 12? i dun think its irrational to jus take 30min off to go to the post office and deliver the goods rite? furthermore she COD's at MV. Im sure there is a post office there and she could have gone there to post it. But the fact that she did not do so.

My sentiments as well....all im asking for is an explanation from her end and how she wants to make good.

I will forward you my details to you however, i will not close this topic as i still wish to hear her explanation and expect an apology from her end.

lkm51 personal fren or not...business is business. She has failed to revert back to me twice already and as a responsible seller, you should revert back no matter how busy she is. The fact of the matter is this

She has not replied my PM (twice) but yet able to respond to other interest buyers and some even COD which is clearly unethical to say the least.

Im sorry altie but i think its fair that she gets a dispute tag. The fact that she has not responded to my PMs earlier than 12th is already a point to be noted. If thats the case, then any seller who sells product and runs away after collecting mony jus dont login to their account and put in their thread "away for outstation". I do respect your decisions and professional judgement.

Hellokitty i understand your sentiments and i thank you for it but im sorry to say that the mods and vikingw2k has made a strong point. And vikingw2k is doing his/her best to settle this up.

All im asking for is an explanation from her to clear her part of her story. A university student or a business woman, whateva it is should have some sense or ethics and responsibility.

Its ok...it still falls to the judgement of any admin/mod and i sincerely believe in their capabilities and judgements. Im not making a big huha but i just want to noe her side of story and its fair to be prudent in keeping LYN a safe place to trade. Better business ethics = better place to trade =)

screen protector finnally reached my house....it was dated on the 9th January but stamped on the 12th January (Diterima dari Pos Express) but received today 14th January...and its a Sunday o.O
Anyhow i still want to hear her explanation to my non-reply of PMs and enquiries.

Just out of curiosity, may i noe wat fones you have bought from her?
Anyway, it is still the proper business ethics to return replies of an enquiry when you have the time and effort to reply other enquiries in your thread. The main fact remains that, she could reply people's enquiries in her thread, i don't see why she cant reply my enquiries on a timely basis.

Well, if you were to work and apply leave from 12th to 17th the company would expect you to be back in office by the 18th. The fact that she put her "on-leave message" from the 12th and 17th and yet not back by then, its already another score to her irresponsibility.

Fair enough on the TnC but then, there are discripencies on the date of the envelope. It signed on the 9th which is the day itself but only received by the pos office on the 12th. So its only likely that she sent it on the 12th where they stamped it. If so, then she has deceived the buyers on the date she has sent it. 9th to 12th is a big difference. And if she has sent it on the 9th, then why din she inform me so i could expect the goods arrival?

i never knew from a simple screen protector dispute could end up into a 123 posts dispute. Anyway, as for those who are worried of their battery originality, i stand by vikingw2k the best opinion and proof you can get to certify your batteries are from SonyEricsson Service Centres. Till that assumption is proven with evidence, lets not speculate here and there.

As for Clareen she's just a middle man where she gets the fones from her supplier and sells it. So the main culprit isnt really her but more to the supplier or where she is getting the fones.

Its not suprising that KL being so big there isn't any stock. Like for example W900i when it was in the market had very little stock for Ori and AP sets. It really depends on demand for tat certain model/accessories.

1. You said you posted item on 10th but you then said DOUBLE CONFIRM you sent it out on the 9th and infact you SWEAR again. So which is which? Oh and btw, your so called picture you highlighted showed the Envelope OPENED which means you have already opend it.

3. And i confirm you DID NOT reply me on my v3x. Im ultimately sure that you only replied that you get back to me soon and went MIA on your PM again.

4. Please don't take Pos Laju delay as an excuse. This is pos express and there is a GUARANTEE from them that they arrive a day after postage. And AFAIK, i've POS EXPRESS many many items without fail it arrives the day after (to clients).

Im really doubtful of your trust worthiness here and Clareen if you're trying to defend yourself, please do it properly. And why do i not have this problem when i use pos express? I use it to send important documents because its cheaper and reliable.

1. I dont see what cost she would incurr to be frankly honest. All she has to do is take one set to the SEC (which i agree rendered useless) and then confirm the battery. She can just return the set to the supplier.

2. I think he already explicitly mentioned he did (edit: want to) go and its a public holiday that the SEC are closed?

1. i praise your intelligence for trying to read people's mind. If she wants to check using my battery i really see no reason why i should reject. It would just be infact better for clarrification. 2ndly, obviously she wouldnt haev one set in her hands but she can easily OBTAIN one when working day starts as normal.
