The prices in India is really crazy compared to RRP during the international launch. Asus India is pricing the ZF3 squarely in same league as Apple and Samsung Flagship range

Asus this round really pump up the price.

Firstly i was hoping the Zen 3 would be RM 1199 range then the Zen 3 Ultra RM 1899 then the Zen 3 Deluxe RM 1999.

Mana tau huh RM 2599 for Deluxe.

Hope it drop to a reasonable price.

I think Asus fan is from Zenfone2 era. So Asus fanboy consist of cheap fanboy. That is why all fanboy are angry.

Luckily Xiaomi still pander to cheap fanboy by releasing redmi note 3.

Asus started with their league of Zen 5 and Zen 6 at RM 599 and RM 799.

Now i am still disappointed with Zen 3 (N) why still no light on the 3 touch back home and menu button...

Many of Asus feature not so premium as Samsung so they should not pump up the price.

My father using Asus Zen 2 highest spec version thinking of getting him a Zen 3 but looks behind made of glass so fragile so now shift to Zen 3 Deluxe.

Still waiting it to come out Z3D. If not up to my expectation i buy for my father One + 3.

Thus i don`t understand why Zenfone so many bloatware since the first gen till now.

With that kind of money, i will just get him the Note 7. End of story.

I prefer just phones with metal or aluminium back.

Glass is really prone to cracking when dropped

I support your point, completely...
despite only having 4GB ram and 64GB rom, the Note 7 comes with a stylus/pen, is water resistant, have one of the best camera to boot, best screen of this moment, and the list goes on.
Not to mention, the support by third party accessory makers... Samsung Note series is just better supported compared with ZF series (even back from the popular ZF-5's era)

This is not a problem in itself. I put tempered glass anyway, even if I'd bought the zf3.

My e700 is also a nudist... In a sense... Got a flip case though, so she's still covered.
I see also my friend's s6 edge got the fancy transparent flip case, no SP also.
But point is, we can always cover the screen's glass.

so we will expect rm2209 for zf3 ultra?
with rm200 voucher will be around rm2000, but lazada has less generous voucher nowadays.

Scientific enough...? 14nm SoC (Snap625) out-performed 28nm SoC (Snap652 aka 620)...? Something is not right here...

The 14nm is clocked higher... YT videos mostly showing it kicking all 650/652 butts
