Scientific enough...? 14nm SoC (Snap625) out-performed 28nm SoC (Snap652 aka 620)...? Something is not right here...

hi guys need some opinions here between zen3 ZE520KL and zen3 laser.

i'm buying a new phone and in quite a tight budget (just had my p9 stolen weeks ago, bought it last november for 2k so already lost my budget for new phone there) and i use a phone for long term, never change my phone unless broken (or stolen...)

my original budget is rm1k so i'm wondering if top up a bit n buy zen3 is more worth it or should i just settle with laser?

my priority is 1)camera n 2)performance

n if there's any other model that u would suggest? (although i'm a bit reluctant to huawei/honor because i dont quite like the EMUI they use)

I think if they should price  it same level with moto z play rm 1799

Last I heard, Xiaomi phones are only average-good with their camera performances. Not to mention that their MIUI is one of the more bogged down OS. I'm also unsure of their after-sales support on either software or hardware, but I assume they don't update their phones after it left the factory, maybe only for those security patches.

But I do understand that people usually buy Xiaomi phones for their specs, and install custom ROM as soon as possible to get the most out of the hardware.
