Just launced today.. Price as follows:

Zenfone 3 - RM1499/1699
Zenfone 3 Deluxe - RM2599/3299
Zenfone 3 Ultra - RM2599

Frankly quite dissapoint with the price.. Way too expensive..

Yup you're right.. Many potential buyers got swayed away bcs of the pricing.. Including me..

Yup hopefully.. Got high hope for this one.. Hopefully below 2k.. If not maybe just settle with Mi Max..

That is to be predicted.. They are well known for budget friendly smartphones.. I've seen lot of people including my colleague using this as their first smartphone.. With the new pricing of ZF3 I doubt user will choose Asus again.. Maybe other provider like Xiaomi and Alcatel will take this advantage..

If direct convert still consider not as expensive as Malaysian price.. Dunno why the big price difference..

Anyway just browsed thru the site and had found ZF3 Ultra but no discount.. all are still RRP price
to my surprise pink colour also available

Finally this is the cheapest ZF3 Ultra so far.. found HERE

If local set means that price can be drop much more further..
good news for those who wants it at a cheaper price..

At Asus store can buy directly now.. even in Superbuy it is stated "In Stock".. Guess these shop have their own special stock right now.. anyway patiently waiting for our fellow forumers to do a review here..

looking at the price trend.. it will be drop further more.. maybe 20% discount? Just hoping

Yup good for us consumer
for which phone at preferred price point guess it is up to the user preferences.. for me a big 6" and above phone with smooth UI and good battery life is preferred regardless of processor..
some prefer Mi5 with snapdragon 820 but some like prefer big 6.44" phone Mi Max or the monstrous 6.8" Zenfone 3 Ultra for high multimedia consumption..

that one is techtablets right? He does compare it with Mi Max.. and prefer ZF3 Ultra over Max..
