If the situation is bad now, once more development comes up, the nightmare will get worse.

There are more than 40 acres land for industry right next to future TNB high tension substation, I remember one logistic company bought a piece of land there to built a giant warehouse, the rest of the land not sure for what kind of industry, might be factories who know, only one thing sure is big trucks and containers will be travelling there frequently, so how lah the traffic

KK was peaceful and no jam before Rimbayu. As a KK resident, now i pray Rimbayu becomes the next forest city

Saw this new banner just put up last week at Gamuda 25.7 not sure when is this going to happen. This will definitely help to improve the connectivity to different townships.

Finally someone is acting on it. Long overdue

I thought the board was erected much earlier, end of 2024 if I am not mistaken. But it was not there anymore ( taken down I suppose?) when I passed by the area last month. Now it is erected again? Don't know what's going on.

Passed by the area just now. 2 signboards were there on the road in front of Amber Residence, from Rimbayu side no signboard or whatsoever guess this is funded by Gamuda

Yes passed by Lotus’s yesterday and the signboard is there, should be the road to META residence which is about to launch as well. Wonder why it takes so long for them to launch that but so many commercial launches recently (district 28, Roam) where the whole area has so many commercial new launches (Ruma, Pavillion 7, Pavillion 8)

Lack of interest, previously was blossom serviced apartment then relaunch as meta.

I heard Tropicana going to launch new condo next to Arahsia, not sure how true is it.
