Any idea what's going on here if anyone can validate it? I have been seeing safety barriers placed on the road side in ELITE highway if you are heading to Putrajaya/KLIA.

If my speculation is correct, this can be the rumoured bypass between BSP - Cyberjaya without going through ELITE. I hope this is it. If it is true, it will be a good traffic dispersal for those heading to Cyberjaya, Putrajaya and KL.

Also a good economic boost to BSP-Puchong via Idaman BSP

On top of those under constructions/just completed commercial development in this area, uptown, uptown square, seruang square, umara, quayside plaza. Sometime I wonder if there’s really such great demand for commercial in this area.

This place lack offices... if there are 3-5 corporate towers nearby and fully occupied, then the value will go up a lot.

1. Uptown seems completing soon and will be VP soon
2. Avela is progressing well with many rows seems completed
3. Land clearing in progress in promenade (commercial shop lots) site
4. Land clearing in progress on the land behind club house/ Starbucks, could it be another Strata project?

you mean the developer not care much about traffic condition there but I see people still buy the property 

I did ask developer and I was informed that some minor upgrade along Jalan Kampung Lombong and Jalan Kebun was completed recently and flyover in Bandar Saujana Putra is expected to be completed in 2024 will help to reduce traffic.

I use that road on daily basis and it seems it’s going to be completed soon. But I don’t think completing that flyover will do much help to current traffic (to be fair slightly better after all the expansion and traffic light vs roundabout those day). The bottle neck is at the toll and heavy traffic at elite. It doesn’t seems to be any work to expand the toll plaza or dedicated lanes for traffic coming down from the new flyover where there will be more cars try to change from say right most lanes to left lost lanes vice versa that I think will only worsen the traffic

All the access Rimbayu built only benefits other people, like Banting, Kebun.

Open route for them to come into Rimbayu but never plan exit.

Everyone else is benefiting from Rimbayu’s genius road design except for the residents here.

I heard Rimbayu today very the jam, 2 hours to go out or back home 🤣 on a weekend summore
