That day saw an Indian family viewing Avela and they asked me how the traffic is here, because they hearsay traffic here is very bad. They are staying Puchong and work in KL.
I told them better to think twice, because traffic here is terrible and might take them 1.5 to 2 hours to reach KL from here. Except they WFh or flxi working hours or hybrid working hours la..

haha, but cannot deny that environment here is really good and full of potential in future, just the main problem now is the traffic, hopefully can be solve in future.

Actually, in weekend, the commercial area is very lively, some hawkers come to do business near the 111, Rimbayu kopitiam and Sawadess
come on weekend, you can feel the crowd

Saturday morning hard to get a table. Every weekend i send my kids to the tuition center and myself will take breakfast over the 3 kopitiams whichever shop got empty table.

Went to work at 7.30am, reach office in Shah Alam Section 15 around 8am.
Departure from office around 5.40pm, reach home around  6.40pm.

I am not sure how he got that fast.

For me today 6:10pm started to queue at Elite before toll.
6:58pm close to 7pm only managed to get through toll.

50 minutes of queue at BSP toll for me.

Leave okay la, still manageable.
Only coming back is suffering for now, let’s hope when the flyover is ready then traffic will be back to normal.
I still want to demand rimbayu to build direct access to SKVE though!!!!

but if staying in Rimbayu, rather take KK road, enter the SME area, until 3rd round about just eixt to Qside

That's why I refused to queue up or leave after work for home. Generally I just stop at Damansara Perdana to do laundry, work at a nearby cafe and dine for dinner.

After 8pm then only leave go home and exit via BSP. If no traffic, easily 25-30 mins smooth journey back home.

Once home, shower and dock the laptops for charging and syncing of work files to the cloud and local Synology.

I'm just 3 hours, I got my work, laundry and dinner done. Only thing left is to sleep or watch some movies.

With J&T coming in, brace for the worst.

Its ok lah, by that time many already retired. No need to fight traffic during peak hours. Go and come at off peak hours even though the plan finally put into action 

Partly because it is quite convenient. Has everything inside the area itself.

Shopping, cinema, McD, laundromat, kopitiams, pubs and more. Heck, even 4D also in Rimbayu.

The only issue is a direct access road out from Rimbayu.

Gamuda Gardens is more convenient as it is next to the NKVE but there is nothing much there unless drive out to Rawang.

Basically give and take.

Lose the accessibility but gained several interesting places. Heck, there are currently 10 pubs alone at Blossom. Might be more now as some under renovation.
