There was a proposal of bridge connection Kota Kemuning to Putra Height few years ago but protested by Putra Height residences.

not putra height, it was to be connecting alam megah near aranda. you can still see the provision built for it.

Not Serumah.....Serumah is build beside the Proton 4S centre.....

That plot of land I mentioned is opposite Seruang, which is beside Tropicana Arahsia....

I believe what he means is the land owned by Tropicana Aman sandwich between Arahsia and Varia commercial.

What is the project you mentioned? Seruma?
Noticed small part of the site in between Seruang and Sanctuary mall open car park got fenced up by those blue color metal zinc, anyone know what’s going to be up there? Look not big enough for another condo looks more like another car showroom

On Tropicana Aman Central Park, saw one or two container like building on the open car park, could it be for some cafe?

Looks like this thread is skewing me a lot more towards Alam Impian. I guess paying RM1.6 toll per day is a better choice eh?

Not sure about your requirements, but personally I would pick Rimbayu instead of Alam Impian after surveying a few areas. Of course, if got ready cash on hand for a huge renovation, sub-sales units at USJ/areas closer to KL would be better.

No real answer for you tbh. Some people absolutely hated living in rimbayu, but for me it's a nice place to live in. Whatever you read here, take it with a grain of salt cos everyone have different expectations

Dumb idea but can prolly just do a short term rental here to experience life here before deciding to buy if you're really concerned.

Alam Impian is basically next to Sentosa though...
Your only exit is either through LKSA Sri Muda or...through Sentosa Klang

Gamuda is smart. They only want to dev the prime lands for their reputation. After that they sold river bank wetlands to TDH for high price and left KK to pursuit g garden.

If not mistaken, there will be a surau, but I don't know why instead of concrete building, it is a double container.
