But majority of the taking over is via Bank auction instead of direct negotiation.
Developer's also have conduct development appraisal before taking over.

They have already vacated few blocks to property owners, but the shopping mall, hotel and their office building seems like no progress at all...

Dying to sell because some default on bank instalment and they need to pay high interest as a result of their default, some because they are holding too many properties??

Yeah the interest is raised now. I have spoken to Banker, they can justify for us for the interest rate.
But most importantly is the CCC of the tower. no point issue VP to buyer when the CCC is not even approved.

I know PBB, Ambank cannot, I call mortgage loan officer from Affin Bank, UOB, HLBB, CIMB they all say can finance, some bank can even finance up to 90%.
