I heard from a property agent that EC mall can only be completed by end of next year, is it true? It looks like the progress is very very slow...

Everyday pass by EC, can't see any construction workers working, doubt whether it will be ready next year

For your information, UOB HLBB CIMB Affinbank can finance but Ambank and PBB won't finance.

Anyone notice the selling price has dropped quite significantly? MYEG is purchasing additional 7 stories office in empire city this september and I heard Mayland is going to build a luxury condominium next to/ opposite to empire city and the condominium will use country height address. It seems like Empire city has great potential. Any comments?

8% loan interest? Are u kidding? That's horrible! I thought last time was BLR 6.5% - x%? How could this come up to 8%? Developer should pay u 8% interest as LAD right?

Just refer to the Sale and Purchase Agreement and look for LAD clause.

In that case means the Developer can pay LAD by instalment and the Developer is not in breach of the S&P lo.

They have already vacated few blocks to property owners, but the shopping mall, hotel and their office building seems like no progress at all...

Dying to sell because some default on bank instalment and they need to pay high interest as a result of their default, some because they are holding too many properties??

I know PBB, Ambank cannot, I call mortgage loan officer from Affin Bank, UOB, HLBB, CIMB they all say can finance, some bank can even finance up to 90%.
