Recall 2 years ago. One of my friends approached me on this project. I declined to buy and he was so bo song until don't want to friend with me... Now not sure how many units he took up.

To me, as long as MEH is able to complete the shopping mall within 2 years it is still a lucrative and profitable deal for me. If 2 years also cannot conplete i got marriott and MYEG to gg together.

I don mind to treat the deal like buying a low cost apartment, kota damansara old low cost apartment also costing 200-300k. If the mall is able to complete by june next year as what the developer said, then my "low cost apartment" will become "high class studio" and I can press "G" to go to shopping mall... hahaha

Rent a unit there, shabby finishing, can see the gap, hole between the lift door and the floor connecting them together, just have to bear with it.
Sometimes, i refrain myself from leaning toward the glass verandah, who knows if its not fix properly.
I was looking for the mailbox on the other day, there was none, it was not yet registered with post office.
Internet? Well, staying at 25th floor, yes wimax didnt recommend as the coverage will be poor.
Wired internet? None, if there is, either unifi or time will bind you with 24 months contract.
Perhaps the empire city owners here can register interest for Webe at empire city location, perhaps one day they will offer unlimited broadband too.
I wish some part of empire city mall will be opened and offer basic necessities for the tenant, laundry, basic groceries need, and some open space for relaxation.

I couldnt find any fibre port.
There's a port to connect to the astro, but i didnt manage to try that. Wonder whether there's satellite dish up there.
There are also TV and Radio port, but the reception for the TV is quite poor.

But from day to day, the number of tenants is increasing, perhaps they will improve it somehow. :optimistic:

Anyone wondering what happen this morning around 3am at My Loft? There's a massive sound of rubble. I'm at level 13A after that cannot sleep and feeling worried.

Nope lol. been living there as tenant till now. the workers are making noises, I don't recommend people to rent lower-level units. Too damn noisy every single day including weekends but it looks like they have no progress at all.

Yeah GG. Not safe place to live too. My house kena broke in and the sarjan from mutiara damansara said the place have a lot of cases.
