just drive into penchala link and peep into their backside...the place looks like a place fit for some painball activity and not a proper developed project...

i pass thru remix almost everyday and for the past few month everything looks the same even the hording are tearing off bit by bit

so technically they are in deep shit...advance stage or wat..no money means no one will work and furnish it...given the choice will u go to ikano or drive into a semi construction site to visit a F&B there...no one wants to eat dust

I wish some part of empire city mall will be opened and offer basic necessities for the tenant, laundry, basic groceries need, and some open space for relaxation.

There's a port to connect to the astro, but i didnt manage to try that. Wonder whether there's satellite dish up there.
There are also TV and Radio port, but the reception for the TV is quite poor.

But from day to day, the number of tenants is increasing, perhaps they will improve it somehow. :optimistic:

Guess this mall die die have to open else they will not have funds to revive all their other projects...if this goes down everything will go down...
