They most probably bring their own cooks and kitchen utensils to setup own eateries. Otherwise, their own PRC people open restaurants/cafes to cater cheap PRC food. You could give it a try as they will get bored and want to try other eateries.

Whether 4 or 5 star Marriot hotel, there is no guarantee it will be occupied or break even. Given the owner past record, he is unlikely to fully complied to Marriott's requirements. There is a high chance the hotel will be renamed/rebranded.

Yes, it's the same. What we're seeing is their pasted advertisement all over. The government freezed and seize their monies in the bank account, hence why we had a group of 300 PRC that came here to protest, demanding their investment money back.

With the mall and college in operation, it could be highly possibly. But first, fix up the mall and bring tenants in. Instead now, many tenants are moving out.

Without sufficient number of spending shoppers, no matter how many tenants in the mall won't be sustainable.

You would be surprised to find new tenants are moving in around the Exsim showrooms because of the crowd pulling in everyday.. O’ Briens even made a minor renovation to the walkway.
