30% is quite a lot, considering that Empire City's density is quite high. As long as they don't behave rowdy and cause trouble would be fine. The owners somehow still need to rent out their properties and pay their mortgage, right?

Agree. I foresee this happening earlier but seems like it is already begun. Looks like the entire residential value would not appreciate unless they get a new and more efficient management to manage the place.

Very soon, management will have no funds to pay the security company, hence no more security guards deployed at the residential areas. Sad but it is necessary to avoid management from embezzling the funds and bailing.

Hopefully 🀞. They have been delaying the inevitable, long enough ade. Everyday I pass by on my way out to the LDP, but don't see much or any progress on the Marriot hotel. I didn't enter into the shopping mall area, so can't comment on their progress in there.
