There is still a chance to make a handsome profit at this price. It be could doubled or tripled if the mall becomes successful in the future. Worst come to worst rent it at RM1000 per month still got demand. Well done!

Very sad place to see. Tenants in this mall are struggling to survive. Can see that collapse 1 by 1. Car park not well planned. Does this place still has the chance to boom in future?

Makes sense, after one year and business is struggling to make ends meet, the only other option is to relocate to a location that has more crowd/traffic. No point to renew lease and start paying rent.

Never underestimate the logic and action outcome from our government, especially the current one. It would really shock a lot of people if they did approve their working permits. Surprised that bumi contractors never make noise about this.

Construction labourers stay at e.c? If is true, m.e would have set up eatery, etc to cater for this influx.
