About 600psf. The company is looking at future potential. Likely to build a college on this piece of land, since the company has education background, then the final piece of the puzzle of this whole Damansara Perdana/Empire is competed. Future is looking good for Empire/Mossaz/Central Park Damansara owners.. biggrin.gif

There is still a chance to make a handsome profit at this price. It be could doubled or tripled if the mall becomes successful in the future. Worst come to worst rent it at RM1000 per month still got demand. Well done!

You would be surprised to find new tenants are moving in around the Exsim showrooms because of the crowd pulling in everyday.. O’ Briens even made a minor renovation to the walkway.
