Please don't say that. Nobody wants any accidents to happen, especially when there are life's involved or at stake. They should cordon off those areas still under construction for peoples safety. Safety should be the utmost priority.

in the 1st place, I don't know how they managed to get permit to run the SEA GAMES, granted it was nation pride involved.
but continue to open til now when the mall is still 'under construction'? 2 years plus already since the last sea games and they still haven't finished the 20%? or nothing has been done to the mall ever since?
