It's actually like a chicken and egg situation, having little to no attraction, will not pull crowd in. Without steady in flow of crowd, retail businesses will find it hard to sustain.

Hearing this from you, I am rather surprised as I haven't visited the place in a while. A little improvisation, goes a long way in terms of attracting the crowd.

Please don't say that. Nobody wants any accidents to happen, especially when there are life's involved or at stake. They should cordon off those areas still under construction for peoples safety. Safety should be the utmost priority.

The unfinished projects give me an impression that the mall is not open for business.

That was done in desperation to host the ice skating event for the SEA Games. Everything including approvals and permits also got expedited. Now after the dust has settled, everything is just in cold storage.

It gave a lot of people the same impression but there quite a lot of traffic movement in the area as EC project is massive.

It’s not one time only. I’ve been seeing them everyday circling around the compound / parking lot and checking cars & etc.

It's nearby to Flora (hot area) and Flora people started flocking to Empire City and nearby apartments. Roadblocks happen frequently in the area too.

The Empire city side now being host with a lot of Short stay units. And the host company throw price till rm55 per night !!
It has become a cheap hotel there in Halo Sunday.

A developer has been taken over the entire place now and duno when will turn it to a complete ground.
