10k BP deposit only makes sense if you have no better CC to top it up with. PBB visa signature and quantum Master, SCB JustOne Platinum, MBB Barcelona, AEON Big CC.... all much better than Titanium.

I was informed that 3 times to 1 single bank only counted as 1. Did not test.

You need 1x transfer to 3 different banks.

3 times transfers to 1 single bank account are counted as 3 transactions, it worked for my case.
I earned the cashback for May.

These are written in OCBC 360 T&C:

Multiple payments within the calendar month bearing the same reference will be deemed as one Bill Payment. For example:
(i) multiple payments to the same OCBC home loan facility account; or
(ii) multiple payments to the same participating billing organisation, unless each payment is uniquely identified to a
different account; or
(iii) multiple payments to the same account with any bank or financing institution.
OCBC Bank’s decisions as to whether any 2 or more payments shall collectively be deemed as one Bill Payment shall be
final, conclusive and binding on all parties concerned.

Probably because I also transferred money to other accounts and credit card bills. Thanks for the T&C @shuin1986! That clarifies things up!
