One is cash rebate for online and the other one is for others. However, the calculation for my cash rebate is not correct. I have highlighted the issue to customer service and waiting for the bank to respond. Anyone else having the same problem?

May I know r u expecting 7% cashback with minimum spending of RM1000 and above? It seem 1 is for online/EWallet cadbback, the other one is for all other retail spending cashback

Not really expecting 7% cashback. I have both 365 mastercard and Titanum. Just curious because 365 mastercard cashback have only one entry for cash back compare to Titanium of two.

Going to cancel 365 soon because of annual fee.

No, it is not from Kiplepay. The bank did contact me and informed me there is technical glitch on the cashback calculation. They said it would be rectified by the middle of this month.

365 card annual fee cannot waive????

Have not try. My 365 total cashback not enough to cover annual fee. Not utilising that much. Just keep Titanium for 360.

Anyway I have other credit cards as well, not point keeping extra credit card.

I called last year to waive and it was done right away.

does OCBC 365 mastercard Cash back retail spending includes TNG E-wallet reload?

Currently reload TNG using HSBC mpower, but think of reducing my credit card and consolidate to few cards.

RM0 OCBC: Your Titanium card's cashback for June 2023 is inaccurate. We adjusted it on 7 July 2023 and you will see the correct amount in the next statement.

mine was auto deducted rm100 but then adjust in back rm100.
i did not call to request to waive.
it was my first deduct after getting it for 3 years back in 2019.

I am using titanium when they offered 1% unlimited cashback until recently they slowly cut down the cashback % now i am thinking should I get another 360 because my titanium actually linked to one piece of fd not sure if get 360 also need to pledge another piece of fd, anyone mind to enlighten me?

If you do not mind sharing the same credit limit with your existing card, you do not need to pledge another FD. You can just request to add another card.

Because I only pledged 1pc FD just to get the card, in fact everytime I swipe I need to pay off then only can continue swipe. And this card is mostly dedicated for my office spending so normally the amount can be 20k per month. But now after they revised the cashback I need to look for another card.
