Check out Standard Chartered PrivilegeSaver - 4% conditional the last I checked few months back.

*
There's one condition "Spend RM1,000 on your credit card to earn 1.5% p.a. bonus interest." Does topping up rm1k to big pay fulfil this criteria?
Sorry, off topic.

For those who are interested.

1) Collected my CC.

2) Openned 360-i, linked existing 360 Debit Card to 360-i Fast Cash Account.

3) Spending 360 with CC

4) Spending 360-i with Debit Card

5) ATM withdrawal, 360-i primary, 360 secondary

6) Most important is both accounts are eligible for 4.1%

7) Can open 360-i at conventional OCBC branch, no need to go to OCBC Al-amin
*
If my understanding is correct, the 4.1% interest is capped on Rm100k. If both account is eligible, does that mean the cap become 200k? 100k each for 360 and 360-i?

According to OCBC branch, yes, 100k each.
*
Great, thanks! Now I want to know how to earn 4.1% for both account.
1. Deposits rm500 each to 360 and 360i? Total rm1000 per month.
2. Pay 3 bills/credit card bills, can use same bills/credit cards or need different one?
3. Spend rm500 by reloading to big pay using OCBC titanium CC is enough for both 360 and 360i?

Thanks all for sharing. From all the reply, I guess to earn 4.1% interest we need to:
1. Deposit Rm500 into 360 and another Rm500 into 360-i. Total rm1k per month
2. Pay 3 bills for 360 and another 3bills for 360-i. Total 6 bills.
3. Top up big pay/spend RM500 using CC for 360 and RM500 using debit card for 360-i. Total RM1000.
Correct me if my understanding is wrong.

If not mistaken, the bonus interest is credited on the 2th of every month. Not sure if this is the same for every one.
If you see 3 bonus interest appear on your statement for that month, I believe you have already fullfill the 3 criteria.

I’m testing 360-i with the following

1) Setting up 3 x RM1 recurring payment for 3 x MBB CC
2) Transfer 500 from 360 to 360-i
3) Charge 500 to Debit Card

Will know the results in Jan 2020

Great, looking forward for the results.

Thanks for the result updates. Didn't know that transfer Rm500 from OCBC 360 to 360i also can. Previously, I thought need to be fresh fund from other bank.

Can I ask, does you spend 500 for 360i or 360 conventional with debit card? So, the other account is spending with credit card?
*
360-i with debit card.
360 with credit card.

apologies if this has been asked before.
If my wife and I both open separate 360 accounts, and we both pay to the same billing company for the same months bills (example, I split our water, electricity and indah water bill into two), will that be counted as each of us having fulfilled our three payments?

I read through
*
I believe should be OK.
I am paying the same set of 3 CC bills (3 different CC numbers) for OCBC 360 and 360i and still entitle for the bonus interest. No need to pay 6 different bills as I thought previously.

300k - sc privilege saver
Beyond - FD?

Of course above just theoretical.

- Standard charted FD 4.7%? But need to lock at least 70k in FD.

SC 4.7%: need to maintain 7:3 ratio (FD:low interest savings)

Citi: High interest only for fresh fund monthly. Meaning if you got 30k already in your account, the high interest will not be applied to the 30k.

OCBC Booster: Need to get insurance/UT.. don't like to be bond like that unsure.gif

UOB Stash: Need high amount only high interest.. haha.

Thanks for sharing thumbup.gif

If u have 100k, then u can go for SCB.. effective rate is 4.49% if u have PSA which give u 4% with the 2 conditions (fresh fund + card spending)
*
Thanks for the suggestions, how do you calculate the 4.49% btw?

70k x 4.7% = RM3290
30k x 4% = RM1200

Effective interest = RM4490 / RM100k = 4.49%
*
Oh ok, I got it. Thanks.

please note it is 1-time new to bank only. so i would suggest max it out at 300k or don't tap it at all unless expiring. but they seem to be renewing it as of late.
*
I don't have 300k to max it out. 😅
Thanks for the suggestion though.
