Anyone facing issue on April transactions not included into 1% cashback on OCBC 365 mastercard?
I have a McD and Foodpanda transaction not included in the April Cashback. Btw, I'm not hitting the rm1k spending in April.

Hi there, Notice that OCBC 365 Mastercard has no annual fees for the first 3 years but will incur rm100 after that. I opened the bank account together with 0365 CC back in Nov-19 but my card first statement is Dec-19 So i should terminate before Dec-22 to avoid the charges? Attached thumbnail(s)

QUOTE(c64 @ Mar 4 2022, 08:28 PM) Wa lau...i have an OCBC Debit/ATM card which i kept in the drawer and never use. I think i am gonna move all my Booster account cash to elsewhere already. I was thinking to cancel the debit card to avoid the rm8/12 charges because there's so limited OCBC atm machine around. I don't think I had withdraw from a OCBC atm machine before. Usually i will online transfer from ocbc SA to maybank/ambank SA first, then withdraw from their atm machine.

QUOTE(Perakpower @ Mar 8 2022, 05:22 PM) With the OCBC card you can use other banks machines without fee, even the ATM states that there will be a fee. Certainly not unlimited times. I believe the banks are incurring charges since 1-FEB-2022.

The bank called and offered me a titanium CC but ended up it is an supplementary card with combined limit with my matercard365.
I agree with the titanium card as my mastercard 365 will be charged annual fee starting last nov but it got waived coz i think why not just get this titanium and cancel the first card instead.
Now what on earth they send me this second card with a combined limit. Their CS sucks!

QUOTE(zenquix @ Mar 31 2023, 06:38 PM) sweet spot looks like RM1286 for RM20.70 - 1.61% cashback rate. RM1287 - RM1499 spending get a big fat 0 - basically u need to increase your spending to past RM1500 for less effective cashback. Ahhh....i understand the catch now....it's by tier...so spend more than in tier 3, it's not getting 1% but lesser 0.55% It more like CITIBANK CB, goes by tier spending. What a cunning marketing style to market themselves like they are giving more CB.

QUOTE(CPURanger @ Jun 12 2023, 07:44 AM) My OCBC Titanium statement often give two cash back entry. Why not one entry instead of two ? For example, 11/6/23 Cash Rebate 0.25 11/6/23 Cash Rebate 0.43 mine too. hope someone can shed a light on this.

hi all, did the new revision of points entitlement is based on posting or transaction date?
I have few occasion in which the 360 interest wasn't fully hit due to their posting data is way too long. all the while i thought it shall be the transaction date but CS called to clarify in the clauses, it states POSTING DATE.
