tried to apply BT from HLB to MBB, amount MYR 2xxx, 0% for 12 months, via m2u. But system responded application unsuccessful. Called to their CS, informed by them shld be eligible and asked me to manually submit. sigh...anyone encounter this before? I thought of the hassle free way doing it but why I can't?

nothing new. submit via email lo.

m2u is rigid.

Bank Islam Balance Transfer Cash Back promotion

http://www.bankislam.com.my/home/promotion...ck-up-to-rm250/

Btw, anyone knows how Bank Islam's Balance Transfer work? According to the T&C: -

QUOTE
9. There is no additional fee or charges on Balance Transfer application. The profit rate will follow the existing retail profit rate (17.5% or 16% or 13.5% based on the tiered profit rate charged).

Is it based on fixed installment or pay a certain percentage each month? How is the profit rate calculated?

Lifetime means there is no fixed period when are you going to repay all the repayment. Which means you can pay minimum only. Doesn't matter if it take forever pay, you will be incurred 4.9% interest p.a.

3-5 working days
Simple procedure.

The catch now is to repay the 6th installment not too 'early' and not too 'late'

I'm making use of the extra money by paying minimum 5% for first 5 installments.

Anyway you have to becareful on the payment due date.
From this thread feedback we dont pay according to normal CC bill statement but pay according to the BT date posted.
