My HL BT was just ended on 1 Nov 2017

As per previous discussion, should pay the day after which is on 2 Nov 2017

I noticed the account for BT is disappear from my online banking after few days

I had BT 6 months 0% interest with HLB before this. I was given a separate account number from my CC no. I paid monthly a day after the statement date - no charges was incurred.

Yes - I experienced the same too.

Hope this applies the same for UOB BT as well.

I have experienced UOB BT before too, a separated BT account is created, but I think UOB BT, there is no expired date, and it follow your monthly statement due date if no mistaken

Only HL BT come with expired date

Surprisingly UOB BT really ease without asking for the CC statement etc and I did BT twice in 2 separate occasion also no problem.

One need to be careful with their repayment condition.

Ya UOB BT with separate account as well but need to pay based on the BT statement date and not same with CC statement date

Oh?? But my UOB BT is pay based on credit card statement date, because monthly statement including both credit card and BT together.

Therefore, I only paid one time of total amount to either BT account or credit card account and it will auto divided

for my case BT and CC same date.

Anyone else facing error issue on Maybank2u BT application ? It says service is unavailable now ?

I just applied yesterday, everything looked fine, money transferred into another bank account.

Do u increase temporary CL? I f yes, u cannot perform BT.

Example.....Special rate expires on 13 Nov 2017.....u settle it on 14 Nov......no interest charge, no early settlement penalty.

I did a payment already settling most of it except leaving RM 10. Will pay the balance of RM 10 one day after my expiry date.

I found out what the problem was already. It was due to my mom recently upgrading her MBB2 Cards Gold to Platinum. She received her new Platinum credit cards today. Activated the new credit cards. Online BT is working again, but cannot do BT to the old MBB2 Gold MasterCard already even though the credit card is still active.

According to HLB CS, she said I need to pay on Expiry date. Not a day after Expiry Date. A bit confused now.
