10:18 am just now received SMS from MBB saying amount transferred to targeted bank.

Public bank 6 months 0% BT for Visa cards (min RM3k), app just pushed me advert for it.

I mean i want to BT to HLB, then request for the money to be transferred to my HLB BT account

Normally if got promo 0% BT , you can try to do in on web version, there you can pick other banks' card or own saving/current account.

I can't do it cause my limit not allow, straight block me to see, that's why i'm asking.

My limit is now -5K, so waiting for the repayment before doing BT/EzCash.

IF U mean: your payment to HLB CC / BT from HLB BT to other bank's CC:
the last time i did this, about 4+/- months back, CS sounded like "not happy" and said something to the effect of next time no more, please transfer to HLB BT accounts directly.

thus, i only use banks that allow such BT - banks like MBB and PB doesnt seem to allow via their online.

Yes, that is what I meant. So means still possible just maybe not too often. The last time I did that was last year, so let me take my chance again. Thanks for sharing the experience.

PBB allows this in their website application.
I just made the 0% BT... PBB paying into HLB's BT account.
Money received in two days.

Just to confirm, you applied for PBB BT and send the money directly to HLB 16 digits BT account? 6 months BT tenure?

So meaning u fill in the targeted account = HLB Balance transfer 16 digits ?

Not sure if i am following the discussion correctly.
When you log in to HL Website, under Other services > Credit card > Overpayment refund, can actually transfer extra payment from HL credit card to another HL BT account. The condition is the HL Credit card account must be overpayment (cr. balance), otherwise you cannot transfer out.

Oh is there such a feature now? We used to call CS to transfer for us. Learnt something new.

I only realised this recently when i got cash back in my CC and i dont actually use the card other than for BT purpose. Was too lazy to call the customer service to tranfer to my HL BT and then suddenly saw this overpayment refund in the menu and just try if it works. The amount reflected in the BT account the next day.

Just happened to be I checked this thread else I would miss this piece of information. So, I logged in to the website and such feature available but since I don't have any overpayment in any of my cards, so it will show "You do not have credit cards applicable to proceed with this request. (50244)".
