i was late to repay monthly payment to hong leong bank Balance transfer payment, and being charged late charge Rm100 each for 3 BT account, possible to request to waive?

Yes I think we can. As long as you pay after that date you should be able to avoid the early settlement fees.

so pay on the Dec 16 would be the best in this scenario

To maximise the BT? Yeah that would be the ideal scenario but I just scare that I would forget. Or sometimes when I don’t have enough liquid funds.

Sorry it's 0.5 sec call. Few times I on phone when the call come I also can't accept in time dry.gif

I daresay they have solved that 0.5 second call. It rang for a good 10 seconds. And I received a second call to verify something, also about 5 seconds.

No I just applied BT mine is still 0.5 secs, I didn't even hear it ring then shown as miss call already.
