Not sure if i am following the discussion correctly.
When you log in to HL Website, under Other services > Credit card > Overpayment refund, can actually transfer extra payment from HL credit card to another HL BT account. The condition is the HL Credit card account must be overpayment (cr. balance), otherwise you cannot transfer out.

I only realised this recently when i got cash back in my CC and i dont actually use the card other than for BT purpose. Was too lazy to call the customer service to tranfer to my HL BT and then suddenly saw this overpayment refund in the menu and just try if it works. The amount reflected in the BT account the next day.

One more thing, if not mistaken the overpayment can also be refunded to other non HL saving/current account. As i dont have overpayment in my HL CC account anymore, i cannot verify this and maybe others who has can update us here.

Refund to HL BT account has limit of 1k per transaction, and you can only perform 1 refund transaction per day.
Refund to to other bank account the limit is 500 per transaction.

So far i have tried a few time of refund to HL BT accounts which the limit is 1k per transaction and one refund to other bank saving account (limit 500/transaction). Not sure if there is monthly limit.
After you have submitted the refund request, if you tried to performed another refund on the same day you will see the message "You do not have credit cards applicable to proceed with this request. (50244)" and have to wait until next day to perform another refund transaction request.
