QUOTE(guy3288 @ Jun 26 2024, 05:47 PM) My BT cannot finish, outstanding forever there as long as got credit , i take them all allowed BT is 80% available CR, to squeeze more upto 95% split like this. i dont withdraw from excess, not easy, also i have too many outstandings no excess better you take easy cash from MBB and HLB direct cash into your Savings. Is Public Bank currently having 0% BT promotion or is just for selective cardholders? See that you are doing 0% BT for 6 months on 25/6 This post has been edited by sochaiapk: Jun 27 2024, 10:11 AM

QUOTE(Human Nature @ Nov 6 2025, 11:30 AM) Just to confirm, you applied for PBB BT and send the money directly to HLB 16 digits BT account? 6 months BT tenure? Not sure if i am following the discussion correctly. When you log in to HL Website, under Other services > Credit card > Overpayment refund, can actually transfer extra payment from HL credit card to another HL BT account. The condition is the HL Credit card account must be overpayment (cr. balance), otherwise you cannot transfer out.

QUOTE(fruitie @ Nov 6 2025, 03:14 PM) Oh is there such a feature now? We used to call CS to transfer for us. Learnt something new. I only realised this recently when i got cash back in my CC and i dont actually use the card other than for BT purpose. Was too lazy to call the customer service to tranfer to my HL BT and then suddenly saw this overpayment refund in the menu and just try if it works. The amount reflected in the BT account the next day. This post has been edited by sochaiapk: Nov 6 2025, 03:20 PM

QUOTE(fruitie @ Nov 6 2025, 03:21 PM) Just happened to be I checked this thread else I would miss this piece of information. So, I logged in to the website and such feature available but since I don't have any overpayment in any of my cards, so it will show "You do not have credit cards applicable to proceed with this request. (50244)". Awesome, this is very useful! One more thing, if not mistaken the overpayment can also be refunded to other non HL saving/current account. As i dont have overpayment in my HL CC account anymore, i cannot verify this and maybe others who has can update us here.

QUOTE(Human Nature @ Nov 26 2025, 10:27 AM) Rearding the overpayment refund service by HLB. Can refund to SA. Maximum amount allowed is RM1000. Refund will be credited the next business day. Apparenly can refund to other banks SA too but I didn't try. But be warned, it is only RM1000 per month. This include refund to BT account. How I am not able to refund to my BT account Not sure if there iis a RM1000 limit if I just refund to BT account first. Refund to HL BT account has limit of 1k per transaction, and you can only perform 1 refund transaction per day. Refund to to other bank account the limit is 500 per transaction.

QUOTE(Human Nature @ Nov 26 2025, 11:39 AM) What about refund to BT? Any limit? So far i have tried a few time of refund to HL BT accounts which the limit is 1k per transaction and one refund to other bank saving account (limit 500/transaction). Not sure if there is monthly limit. After you have submitted the refund request, if you tried to performed another refund on the same day you will see the message "You do not have credit cards applicable to proceed with this request. (50244)" and have to wait until next day to perform another refund transaction request. This post has been edited by sochaiapk: Nov 26 2025, 11:47 AM
