Rearding the overpayment refund service by HLB.

Can refund to SA. Maximum amount allowed is RM1000. Refund will be credited the next business day. Apparenly can refund to other banks SA too but I didn't try.


But be warned, it is only RM1000 per month. This include refund to BT account. How I am not able to refund to my BT account Not sure if there iis a RM1000 limit if I just refund to BT account first.

RM 1k is just too little but better than nothing. Hopefully some of the CSs still entertain transfer from CC account to BT accounts.

Was thinking of doing that, then decided to BT from MBB, then esycach out from MB n use it to pay HLB BT acc.

I managed to request for refund to BT account via Live Chat. The tricky part is expiry is 2 Dec. Transfer may take 3-5 working days. Finger crossed it is tranferred earlier. Else if I make full payment to outstanding, the refunded amount will be overpayment to the BT acc.

Refund to HL BT account has limit of 1k per transaction, and you can only perform 1 refund transaction per day.
Refund to to other bank account the limit is 500 per transaction.

What about refund to BT? Any limit?

So far i have tried a few time of refund to HL BT accounts which the limit is 1k per transaction and one refund to other bank saving account (limit 500/transaction). Not sure if there is monthly limit.
After you have submitted the refund request, if you tried to performed another refund on the same day you will see the message "You do not have credit cards applicable to proceed with this request. (50244)" and have to wait until next day to perform another refund transaction request.

Is it really 1 working day? The amount is deducted from the card but yet to appear in SA

The manual refund to HLB BT acc is received today. For reference, 2 days.

Last time i always use call to transfer overpaid in my CC (-ve) to other HLB BT for min settlement.
