Since you mentioned Damansara Perdana, if you are living at Met Sq or Armanee Terrace, I am definitely sure you have coverage.

I would emphasise doing it through the designated agent on the brochure or flyer, rather than a reseller here, some of whom are terribly fond of telling you to read your PM, as though it's some sort of secret mission needing secret handshakes and codewords.

This morning slept at 4am for one final round of tweaking on the E1200.
On LAN, hitting 80+ to 90 Mbps no problem on the E1200. Very acceptable since ISP gives me 100Mpbs.
On WLAN, 30+ to 40+ Mbps only. Unacceptable. So I will welcome AC68U real soon.

Be aware that the contract renewal is 24 months after current contract finished. Means, if current contract is 24 months, it will be 48 months / 4 year. 

Unless you're pre-500Mbps customer, then you're entitled to 1 (ONE) upgrade/downgrade without any fees or contract renewal.

Unable to play the game this morning. Ping is very unstable and keep getting pulled back...

Anyone else getting stability / speed problem with TIME lately?

I can't even play Dota these past few days, ping are just wayyy too bad. Previously was getting 3-12ms, now I'm getting anywhere between 200-300ms ping.

Youtube can only stream smoothly at 240p, 720p will stuck while streaming. Previously I can stream smoothly at 1080p no problem.

Twitch are lagging like shit too, Facebook sometimes stop loading, the internet are just so unstable.

Running speedtest on TIME server seems stable and fast, but try running it against Celcom/Digi/other server and you can see the speed are sooo unstable.

Is it just me or did anyone else experienced this too? I'm in Petaling Jaya btw.

M on 500mbps for about 4months. Complaint many times and technicians came in all total about 5 times and none of them is able to fix my problem as I only managed to get around 160mbps download and 450mbps upload via 5Ghz WiFi. One of the technician that came even re-terminate the fiber optic socket but still doesn’t help and end up I give up.

Since last week I test speed indeed increase to 400+mbps for both DL and UL but not constant. After seeing this thread I just realized that all these while I have been using my iPhone 7+ & 8+ to do the Speedtest. Just now I use MacBook Air to do the test via 5GHz WiFi and got 414mbps DL while on both my iPhone with 220mbps DL.

I check the TIME apps on my iPhone but still can’t see the package as it’s only written home broadband. I m at bukit Jalil but I haven’t experience any speed upgrade. Btw I am using AC1200 as main router and Asus RT-AC1300UHP as wireless AP. Wonder when can I get my upgrade.

Erm. Dun really need it. Lol. Most of my connections are wired except my kid's PC. Between 3xxMbps to 500Mbps really no difference. I will probably get the cheap T4UH , if can achieve 3xxMbps already gooding, no need spend so much upgrade router for minimal improvement.

I wonder how much if buy from shop instead of online.....wanna play over the weekend...

T4UH also depending on the router you using. I am using C9 paired with T4UH before. I can get that speed.

Your is AC1200 router mine is AC1900. quite some difference
