It all depends of area, can't stress that enough. Usually Digi's LTE network with OK signal strength has ping in the range of 50ms (in my experience). In my house, Digi's network is much more stable than Unifi lol

My house around 20mbps but no international issues unlike Unifi

SP 78 = 7GB, unlimited call
Digi Postpaid 68 More Internet = 6GB, 150 min & 150 SMS

As I recall, it's not necessarily re-contract.
And for now, SP78 is the best deal you can get, value for money if you talk more than 200mins per month.
And also, no free SMS for SP78, so each SMS count.
It's better directly head to Digi Centre, avoid other small Digi Authorize Dealer/Shop, as they might give wrong information.

Not re-contract, just sign another new contract + Phone.

Because to get for cheaper price of phone and seldom call more than 100 min per month, so most likely Digi Postpaid 68 More Internet (6GB, 150 min & 150 SMS) is good enough compare to SP78

Give them a call, I've just did. My wife's number is under my name, currently under smartplan 98. I've read somewhere that they've upgraded the smartplan 98 to 10GB with 4GB rolling, 300call minutes/sms. So, I called them this morning, at first the rep hesitate, saying I should complete the contract (Oct 17), then I used this "Are you becoming like MAXIS now?", the rep was giggling and then said let him check for a minute or two, put me on hold and then said, yes, we could actually upgrade the data and calls/sms to the latest as long as you're paying the same/more without a need to breach the contract. A minute after that got the confirmation sms. All is well! ..

Now, I should've asked the same question for my other account, my kid using it for her iphone.

I think that person is not happy that Digi ıs being misleading with the word unlimited. If it's unlimited, then there shouldn't be FUP in the first place. BTW, it's rm30, not as what you type, rm20. Hehe

It's a promo package Rm30 for rm20 (look at the sms sent by digi to ts). Yes i agree it's misleading, but for rm20, there is no need to report to mcmc.

He Should report rm78 for 7gb without late night 15gb data though
