QUOTE(sj0217 @ Apr 12 2016, 08:06 AM) Ya, I'm looking to sign contract again with cheaper price of phone but I noticed that the contract plan is not as good as the normal Plan As I recall, it's not necessarily re-contract. Example: SP 78 = 7GB, unlimited call Digi Postpaid 68 More Internet = 6GB, 150 min & 150 SMS And for now, SP78 is the best deal you can get, value for money if you talk more than 200mins per month. And also, no free SMS for SP78, so each SMS count. It's better directly head to Digi Centre, avoid other small Digi Authorize Dealer/Shop, as they might give wrong information. |

QUOTE(sj0217 @ May 3 2016, 09:32 PM) I've deal with this kind of situation with Digi, they're very slow at refund back the money you paid. Last time during 6s launching, I'd making MNP from Celcom to Digi, so the process will take up to 48 hours. Meaning I need to pay rm50 deposit to reserve Rose Gold unit until MNP success. To get my rm50 back, I need to bring back receipt after 2 months, and still processing up to 4th month. |

QUOTE(nexona88 @ May 3 2016, 11:42 PM) for my case, the rm50 supposedly being rebate on the 6s price, but they can't do that as the 6s price already fixed.but, they also can't refund the rm50 in cash too, so they will rebate in future bill, few months still no refund. went to the SC few times already, until they no receipt require as they already recognize my face. |

QUOTE(holypredator @ Jul 25 2016, 10:57 AM) Seriously, no one else kena ripped off by Digi? you might need to clear things up.I want to know if Maxis or any other telco give free upgrade to existing user to match with new plan even if the contract is still on going What plan you're tied with? What phone you're buying with the plan? How much is the price with the plan? How long the contract? Have you ever read the T&C? |

Well noisy customer normally will be advised to MNP to their better selection Telco. It's not that we admit our mistake, just there's no point arguing on matter that very subjective. If you're tied with contract, you should know pros & cons of it. Just pay the penalty & leave is the best option.

QUOTE(andrewtho @ Sep 26 2016, 11:31 PM) Yup 80V is the same just additional 3GB on weekends. 5 months? I can't wait that long. I wonder if prepaid MNP got any grace period before another MNP? I don't want later I can't get rebate on 80V and I lost my current 75V.I actually tried it, from Maxis to Digi back to Maxis and now Digi, all in the space of 5 months. Still got my RM10 rebate lol |

QUOTE(V3000 @ Sep 27 2016, 06:09 AM) Wew, that's also quite long time to go. I've been told 80v with rm10 rebate for 12 months will end somehow this month.Maybe I just port in my other number, maybe not. Hmm.. is there any telco that got no grace period? QUOTE(dgboy @ Sep 27 2016, 02:01 PM) @JuneResources Too bad it's only for prepaid ownership. No waiting or grace period for change of prepaid ownership. However, you need to take the new owner with you to the DG Centre. |
