if got 2 months contract left, you can just head to Digi Centre ask for contract renew or change plan for free of charge. As long as you remain with their network.

As I recall, it's not necessarily re-contract.
And for now, SP78 is the best deal you can get, value for money if you talk more than 200mins per month.
And also, no free SMS for SP78, so each SMS count.
It's better directly head to Digi Centre, avoid other small Digi Authorize Dealer/Shop, as they might give wrong information.

Too bad no receipt. It's hard to proof the payment has been made.

I've deal with this kind of situation with Digi, they're very slow at refund back the money you paid. Last time during 6s launching, I'd making MNP from Celcom to Digi, so the process will take up to 48 hours. Meaning I need to pay rm50 deposit to reserve Rose Gold unit until MNP success. To get my rm50 back, I need to bring back receipt after 2 months, and still processing up to 4th month.

for my case, the rm50 supposedly being rebate on the 6s price, but they can't do that as the 6s price already fixed.
but, they also can't refund the rm50 in cash too, so they will rebate in future bill, few months still no refund.
went to the SC few times already, until they no receipt require as they already recognize my face.

Well noisy customer normally will be advised to MNP to their better selection Telco. It's not that we admit our mistake, just there's no point arguing on matter that very subjective. If you're tied with contract, you should know pros & cons of it. Just pay the penalty & leave is the best option.

So if I'm using 75V, what the best to gain rebate RM10 for 12 months?
1. MNP to other telco prepaid
2. After success, MNP back to Digi the next day?
3. Get rebate?

5 months? I can't wait that long. I wonder if prepaid MNP got any grace period before another MNP? I don't want later I can't get rebate on 80V and I lost my current 75V.

Wew, that's also quite long time to go. I've been told 80v with rm10 rebate for 12 months will end somehow this month.
Maybe I just port in my other number, maybe not. Hmm.. is there any telco that got no grace period?
