just terminated my broadband package...it was so slow..

I am interested to subscribe to 100MB package. However, I have one doubt from Maxis Website:

**Subsequent usage for Monthly Passes (except 100MB Pass) will be charged at RM0.05/10KB.

What does it mean?
I called Maxis and they say, 100MB pass will also be charged for excess usage. Conflicting each other...

Anyone having problem with 3G in Melaka? I can't get connected on 3G, either it shows no service, or show it's connected but is actually not.

When I turn off 3G, it detects EDGE almost immediately and I'm online.

i'm having the same problem as well in Malacca.

MEANING, Melaka gonna hav HSPA soon cause tat was exactly wat we guys were experiencing b4 our HSDPA connection was upgraded to HSPA

P2P, torrents are blocked. The port will only open at 12.00 a.m. - 7.00 a.m.

It depends on locations though. My hometown - Port Dickson opens at 1.00 a.m. but I'm now staying in PJ which it only starts spiking up at 3.00 a.m.

DDL has no effect throughout the 24 hours though, that's why I only download via DDL nowadays.

It was discontinued somewhere in Nov 2009 if I'm not mistaken.

DDL unless you got rapidshare, hotfile or whatever paid account to download freely.
