For your info, there is no more maxis 3G unlimited package now. All already got quota.

Sorry I can't answer that as I'm not sure myself.
It wasn't a promotion. It was available long time ago even before maxis launch their maxis broadband package.
Just that people taking advantage of the plan.
So maxis stop it but existing subscriber/user can still enjoy the unlimited benefits.

Am I the only one who feels Facebooking on Maxis 3G is extremely slow these two days? Tried on FF/IE/Chrome, all shows the same result.

It keeps loading non-stop or it will not display anything. I tried clearing cache and etc but it doesn't help. I have no issue on other sites though.

My line didn't DC, can tahan for more than 2 days on the same IP but just that Facebook is extremely slow.

Sure? Because new plan is auto 3GB, the plan still exists but no longer unlimited.

The name doesn't change what, still unlimited.
Every telco is using that term.
It means you can use it anytime, anywhere, unlimited access not unlimited bandwidth...

currently, their 3GB plan is rm88 if i'm not mistaken..

if KKW got the right plan, it's rm99 for unlimited data plan....

sometime their agent just want commission and give false information on their product...
maxis 123 customer service as good as crap sometime... for me they always not reliable...

Should not take so long? If it were me I could make quick work of 6GB, but sadly this would just blow through my entire month's internet.

If there is a way please let me know, anybody. They bust a cap in my internet!

Last month was on vacation, so about 20GB...

6.81 Mbps, very nice It's difficult to get that speed continuously.

Nevertheless my internet *peaked* at about 7.44Mbps.

Holy scheisse wow, your streamyx 4Mbps reached 7Mbps? How the hell is that even possible (when I had 1Mbps Streamyx it only went to like 1.2+ tops).

Unfortunately Streamyx was really bad for me, and I am not sure if I will ever get it again (besides, it is quite expensive, how much is your 4Mbps?).

I've been a Maxis user for a while now and how do they treat me? I call them about the cap and they start blistering on about my download volume for the month...

After 6GB (sometimes less) = 4KBps... which is why I am "on the lookout" for a new service but all that hype about HSPA+ and UMobile is still unrealisable for consumers at the moment...

Also the "communications minister" said next March there'll be 2 companies providing 100Mbps services. Now, I don't know whether it means they will only start organising the technology and acquiring the service next March, or what...
