QUOTE(digilife @ Dec 27 2010, 09:29 AM) get this "unlock" Mifi from umobile at a VERY special price ............ RM378 = RM210 (device) + RM68 (fee advance) + RM100 (activation), right ?i paid rm378.00 and got free usage of its UB68 for 1 mth, and another rm100 rebate for 5 mths ( they sell this for only rm210, whereas maxis sell an older model for rm380[contractless] ) Offer till 31 Dec 2010 only... and need to stay for 5 months to enjoy the RM20x5 rebate I wonder they will make it even cheaper in 2011 ;-) This post has been edited by ronnie: Dec 27 2010, 12:21 PM |

QUOTE(ronnie @ Dec 27 2010, 11:55 AM) RM378 = RM210 (device) + RM68 (fee advance) + RM100 (activation), right ? RM378 for the MiFi alone is worth the value ady as some forumer is selling this Model by calling it E511 for more than rm378Offer till 31 Dec 2010 only... and need to stay for 5 months to enjoy the RM20x5 rebate I wonder they will make it even cheaper in 2011 ;-) use it as a backup plan or juz terminate after the first mth usage and u only paid RM378, no more its exactly the same as E511, juz tat the model number is different, I knoe as i am using it now too, Auto Detect Celco settings , Auto Connect , Can do the maintainence 192.168.x.x over wireless, Charging while using , Use as a Lan Card and can connect 5 WiFi devices at one go, and lots more....... Wif Maxis upload speed surpassed 1.3Mbps and download speed easily surpassed 3.Mbps at HSPA enabled area its even better than a 3G Ipad connection and i connect my Ipadpad wif this Mifi and speed is much faster than a 3G ipad too This post has been edited by digilife: Dec 27 2010, 04:50 PM |

@digilife: good idea to terminate after 1-mth usage. Any termination clauses? You removed the UM logo....right?
We can even resell the units hehehehe. p.s. i heard from UMobile center from BTS the MiFi offer will extend to Feb 2011. |

QUOTE(ronnie @ Dec 27 2010, 11:31 PM) Cosmetic look is not nice though. 100% working condition, unlocked and bought in Jun/July. Haha, will only C.O.D. this Wednesday, hopefully it goes through. Just scout in Network section, you may find good deals there. |

Yeah, that's why I wanna reserve my comments on this.
Anyway, I'm really keen in the upload speed as I do a lot of uploads nowadays. Took a lot of crappy photos and needed to get them uploaded on my Flickr. |
