but we can use treats points to knowck off with it.

Nobody except LGE has the right to cancel or knock off or waive SST.
It is either MBB gives you a credit of RM25 or you use 10k Treatpoints to exchange for a RM25 credit. SST charge will not be reversed.

Computers and cellphones are duty free but tax is 6% fixed for everything including shipping charges which i dont see how it relates 🤨

Usually i pay 200 rm for shipping or less, in customs form its 500rm.
Almost flat rate for all my shipments except once i paid for shipping 650rm customs calculate shipping as 1500rm 😡
