Going all in to pay the balance of my tax (I paid some last month). 2x TP is already good for me, and 5x would be a bonus.

Guys, regarding SST implementation rm25 per card. Right now in my statement they charge me for both visa and Amex. Same to all my supplementary card. So they treat all maybank2cards as 2 cards instead of 1 now?

Pre-GST they used to charge rm50 for principal on visa but Amex part will be waived and as for supplementary is rm25 visa and waived at Amex. With 4 supplementary card, I’m effectively paying rm100 more for SST compared to pre-GST era.

Yes correct. RM25 per card, and either pay it or use points to offset... No rebates given by MBB.

If use BP to pay, if more than 10k then need to separate into few times and have few receipts. Shouldn’t be a problem right?

Any other way to pay TNB? in order to maximize the return since only 1x tp if pay by Maybank 2 cards.

did you threaten them to cancel their CC if they (MBB) charge you this SST?

the sst is NOT charged by the banks, but by the customs dept....banks have NO authority to waive it....

but they can offer to pay on your behalf....
