5 treat points for both amex and VI or just amex?

My available credit is somwhow off.
My total as of now is 13k and i have another 4k not shown yet so thats 17k. 1.5k in my sub cards thats 18.5k and i have 30k limit. Means i should have 11.5k available credit but it shows i have 8.5k only!!
Is this common or need to call them?

last month when i got my premier cards, i called CS and told them i need to move my points to the premier card and cancel my platinum as i have too many cards. luckily the guy went through with the transfer and i got them all transferred from my platinum cards to premier cards saving me over 50% in redemption rates.
this things works but i think depends on the agent you are talking to.

Actually when i called to check status 2 days later, she told me did he informed you this is not allowed to do . I said i dont know anything about it.
Luckily the card was already cancelled so they just proceed with the transfer.
It depends on the agent who talk with you i guess since the transfer went through.

As i said it depends on the agent you talking to. I was sure this would failed when i caed so i told him i want to cancel my platinum cards cause i got premier and want the points as well to be transfered. He said ok and that was it.

i actually tried this move after several people did it before me here
some people called multiple times until they found agent willing to do this . so keep trying

You need to apply as usual by filling form then they will send you invitation letter to apply with minimum 30k FD.
If your salary is not 120k, they might consider your salary and top up the rest by FD.

When submit do it in branch , preferably mid valley branch as they know about this, and inform them u want to pledge FD for the card and they will handle it.

Offer letter takes forever to reach you in post. In three to five days call CS confirm if offer letter issued then head to home branch for FD and submit the original certificate along with offer letter then they will tell you what to do next.

For topup bigpay card is there restrictions of withdrawaling the money from atm?
I heard some got problems.

What do you do guys with the money you top up to bigpay? Can someone cash withdrawal it all? Or need to buy stuff also because im stuck with it !

I have shipped multiple time from US and europe.
Computers and cellphones are duty free but tax is 6% fixed for everything including shipping charges which i dont see how it relates 🤨

Its even not the real shipping charge.
Usually i pay 200 rm for shipping or less, in customs form its 500rm.
Almost flat rate for all my shipments except once i paid for shipping 650rm customs calculate shipping as 1500rm 😡

Tax you need to pay 6% of your total bill including shipping and insurance.
Computers are duty free.

Process took around three weeks.
Its fast for people who meet minimum salary requirements.
For FD, need to send to HQ for manual approval then they will call you.

When i applied this card last year, i was so worried about the annual fee and if im going to reach the 80k to get a waiver.

This week is my card anniversary and i have accumulated more than 350k miles. 🤐

What's the best lounge to stay in Changi. I read conflicted posts here regarding this topic. My transit is arnd 3 hours so priority is for good food.
